For something like 12 days. He had a super majority for less than two weeks. I’m not sending him, he was a huge let down. But he really didn’t ever have that super majority. How? Pass a law that would have been challenged and overturned by this exact Supreme Court that exists because people didn’t want to vote for the TedeschI trucks band logo shirt But I will love this email lady in 2016? It’s bc many people want over half of congress to be prosecuted and have democrats automatically put in their place No you didn’t. This is empirically verifiable. Voter turnout in local elections, around the country, barely reached 22%. And guess what? The vast majority of that 22% are age 55+ white people. And only ~50% vote in presidential elections. You guys keep saying “we did vote,” yet somehow a fucking orange reality show con artist made it into the White House. If you were speaking to a general audience, sure, but you’re speaking to a politically focused audience. You’re likely telling the few people who already vote to go vote. We voted and trump was elected while earning 3 million fewer votes than his opponent which allowed him to appoint 3 supreme court justices. Those 3 justices are voting to take away women’s rights. Electoral College should be abolished. No argument from me there. But it’s not likely to happen so in the interim all we can do is minimize the damage by keeping the House and Senate and by electing Democratic Governors at the state level.

You shouldn’t be able to commit perjury or refuse to answer questions about your opinions about legal issues and get into the TedeschI trucks band logo shirt But I will love this SCOTUS. There’s part of me that found this distasteful for like 30 seconds…until I realized that conservatives would absolutely not stop at peaceful protest, and have literally spent the last decade violating every piece of comity possible to get this result. They should be focusing their attention on Senators. The Court will not and should not be swayed by public outrage. Yes, I know I am going to get downvoted for this. I strongly support the ends, I just don’t think this is a workable means. The Senate Republicans and Centrist/Moderate Democrats are the people who need the focused attention.
