You sound incredibly lazy, yeah. Chopping up healthy ingredients and throwing them in a crock pot is incredibly cheap, easy, and time efficient I eat healthy, rarely eat pre-made or fast food, and I don’t spend hours a day on food prep. I also work two jobs (one full time, one part time). Most healthy meals shouldn’t take more than 15-20 minutes to prepare, and making enough to have leftovers saves time too. I feed a family of 6 so not a small amount of food either. If you just prefer fast food and junk food that’s one thing – but to act like it’s a huge chore to cook healthy food is just not true. Ex. Just made an egg sandwich on whole wheat bread with fresh tomatoes, hot sauce and sriracha mayo – took about 3 minutes, 250 calories, cost about a dollar per serving, tastes great and will keep me satisfied for the Tau Empire Logo Shirt Besides,I will do this morning. Will follow it up with a banana in about an hour.

I would also add that it is not very difficult to eat healthy with time restraints if you start with the Tau Empire Logo Shirt Besides,I will do this basics and add complexity when you have time. Rice, beans, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, etc. are all fairly healthy, cheap, and easy to cook. Making them fancy takes a little more time, yes, but that doesn’t change the point that they can be easily made with little prep. When my son was born, I was working overtime and also doing the majority of childcare when I was at home, and all of the housework. I lost 20 lbs that I was really trying not to lose, because I didn’t have time to overeat. I think people.need to learn life skills. it’s not their fault they didn’t get taught but it’s unfortunately on them now to learn.
