In my opinion, I think you’ve probably been wading in the Sza Music Retro Shirt What’s more,I will buy this shallow end of the pool for 3 years, but need to start doing laps I am reading the Mind Illuminated right now. Great book but it takes discipline. I am at 20 minutes per day now and will find it hard to do 45 minutes i just finished step 2. I believe it will be worth it when i am finished with the book and the 10 steps. I’m on stage 1, trying to make it a habit 20mins a day. Couldn’t just do it this morning… Will make up for it tonight, but I want to make it consistent right after I wake up/use the bathroom, instead of absent-mindedly picking up my phone I don’t remember who said it or where I read it, but I always liked this phrase when it comes to not having time to meditate: “You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, unless you’re too busy, then you should meditate for an hour”

I try meditating using your technique and nothing happens to me either. Meditation is not what you are told here on this forum, and most here can’t even meditate. Meditation is a state of awareness that has nothing to do with any body function, especially thought. Try a different style that only uses sound as a focus such as mantra. I practice Non directive meditation that uses no focus, so any focus on breathing means I don’t meditate. It takes several week to transcend into meditation, and this breakthrough is slower for some. A teacher is a good option if you can find a local Buddhist center or meditation hall. Trust in the Sza Music Retro Shirt What’s more,I will buy this process of full vulnerability. Trust in the universe as you ask it, along with good spiritual energies, to guide you into a new awakening. You must completely and fearlessly give in as if you’re willing to let go of your own soul to taste the pure vibrations of what you’re being offered. Instead of pondering in your own thoughts, encourage yourself to move forward. Do not be afraid. Trust in the universe, trust in God, and trust in yourself.
