Nothing changes with the Sunglasses NICU Nurse Life Summer Vibes Sunset Beach Lover T-Shirt Besides,I will do this school shootings either. The world only cares about children when it’s politically convenient. The entirety of the George W. Bush administration has been whitewashed due what a clown show Donald Trump was. At the end of his second term he was legitimately being debated as one of the worst presidents in recent US history. Today, he’s largely thought of as a nice but dumb president that you could sit down and have a beer with. His terrible response to 9/11. His infamous Axis of Evil speech after the event, he specifically called out Iran, Iraq and North Korea. North Korea was so unrelated to 9/11 that he could have done a better job if he just picked another country at random. Iran and Iraq hated each other and had been at each other’s throats in the 80’s – it made no sense to frame those three countries as The Axis of Evil as if they were allies. How the Iraq War was sold to America. The GOP initially tried to spread the narrative that Iraq and Saddam was linked to 9/11. Then when that didn’t hold up, they tried to say that they had so may weapons of mass destruction that they could be the source of the next 9/11. Finally when they couldn’t find WMDs they retroactively tried to argue that well, at least we got rid of Saddam.

Obama gets saddled with the reputation of being the bailout president but Bush was actually the guy who initiated it in September of 2008 just as his term was ending. Another glossed over point here is that after the 2008 GFC, a whole bunch of formerly conservative economists came out and admitted that a lot of their theories were wrong: Milton Friedman, Arthur Laffer – an influential trickle down guy and Alan Greenspan. And today, conservatives still believe in their theories – guess it helps that two of them are dead though and can’t say “Hey, I was wrong.”
