I get it, nobody wants to be the Summer Time 1955 Classic T-Shirt moreover I love this baddies, but when it comes to idealogues and tribalism, there is almost never the “good team.” It only means that there are no principles besides winning or owning the other side. It allows bad behavior to continue so long as it’s in the service of beating the others. Whether you meant to or not, you just admitted CNN is part of the Democratic Party apparatus. We don’t want the news any more. We want our team’s propaganda wing to tell us why we are great and the other team is terrible. I’d just like to take a minute to recognize that the fact he was fired, regardless of how long it took, speaks to the credibility of CNN. Why does it matter? Because there are way, way, way too many people who deserve this too from other networks (you know who they are and if you say CNN, you’re an idiot) who won’t even consider it without said people being found guilty of felonies and being locked up. That’s how low the bar is right now. It would take either being found guilty of a serious federal offense (and actually getting locked up so they physically couldn’t do their job) before someone like Tucker Carlson is fired from FOX. That, or seeing the error in his ways and actually being a decent human being for once (ha!).

Edit: downvote me all you want, you know it’s true and if you don’t, well, I’m sorry to tell you this but you’re either ignorant of who Carlson is or an idiot who buys into blatant propaganda. Or both? Lol at giving CNN props for this. The evidence was so glaringly obvious that they had no choice but to fire him. CNN is mainly corporatist but leans left of center. There zero chance they could keep him on staff without major blowback. Credibility? I don’t think so. After a well calculated decision making process more than likely involving and army of legal representatives, they decided to cut ties with a liability. Have nothing to do with credibility. Fuck CNN. These accusations against Chris are something that would surface on anyone in his position. Let the Summer Time 1955 Classic T-Shirt moreover I love this accuser take him to court and be found guilty before he is fired.
