The new tenants were very grateful and confirmed they wanted them left. This was all communicated via emails with the Studio Ghibli 38 Years 1985 – 2023 Miyazaki Hayao Thank You For The Memories Shirt What’s more,I will buy this agent as the middle man. Fast forward to our leaving and the landlord tried to include a £50 disposal fee for the wardrobes as the place should have been left empty. The agent didn’t admit they knew we’d agreed to leave the wardrobes for the next people until I provided the email proof and made it very clear if the wardrobes had already been disposed of I would be making sure they footed the bill of buying new ones for the new tenants. Landlords and agents are chancers. Always keep email evidence and don’t be afraid to call people on their bullshit! My old landlord tried to charge us to remove a huge amount of gravel that covered the tiny back garden. Local cats (we didn’t have any pets) used it as a litter tray so it was a disgusting health hazard. It was there when we moved in. Landlord got cocky and said “prove it”. Happily I had a chain of emails where I requested that it be removed because of the cat issue going back to our first week in the property and then roughly every 6 months for the 8 years we lived there!

I’ve also got an annoying story about agents and two Ikea wardrobes, but we were moving into the Studio Ghibli 38 Years 1985 – 2023 Miyazaki Hayao Thank You For The Memories Shirt What’s more,I will buy this first flat we bought, which had previously been a rental. The selling estate agent tried to persuade us to buy the two wardrobes (and bed) but they were fairly big and took up more space than necessary. We said no, remove please. When we got the keys, they’d clearly just taken a sledgehammer to the wardrobes because there were screws and shards of plywood everywhere cheeky fuckers tried to get us to buy them! Absolutely! We were not given inventory once and then had to dispute with deposit holding agency. They basically said with no inventory, the landlord can’t claim anything as he had no proof got everything back
