So this destroys police unions first right? Right? Nope, it says money. What a loop hole… Indentured servitude is definitely coming soon… Labor laws were put in place to stop the Straight Outta Fulton Trump Mugshot shirt but in fact I love this owner from being dragged out in the street and shot in front of their family. The Supreme Court should keep that in mind. However, since the trucks had cement in them, the company had to work fast before the cement dried. And the cement was unusable. Let’s say that a baker prepped all the bread, put it in pans to rise, but then walked off on strike. Are they responsible for the wasted dough? Or, in a more current case, let’s say that the screenwriters walk off during the middle of script writing. That causes damage to the studios, right? Striking is cool. Deliberately leaving the trucks to be fucked up by their negligence was not, that was the case. That isn’t just striking, it’s intentional “sabotage” and “destruction” and I refuse to listen to anyone who doesn’t acknowledge that. You can go the fuck on strike without intentionally destroying shit. A strike is “we’re not working until our demands our met.” It is not “we’re not working, and we will destroy your shit until our demands are met”

Cornell’s Legal Information Institute defines the Straight Outta Fulton Trump Mugshot shirt but in fact I love this question: “Does the NLRA preempt an employer’s state tort claims against a labor union for intentionally destroying the employer’s property during a strategically-timed labor strike?” Shit like this causes rulings like this, which causes labor laws to be weakened. So please stop trying to pretend that intentionally destroying equipment is the same as having a picket line outside. This is actually fair. Destroying company property should never be part of a strike…otherwise an employee would be free to burn down company headquarters and all the company factories and just be like “Hey, we’re on strike!”. LOL. Probably going to get downvoted but I feel like after actually reading up on the case, this title is extremely misleading and it appears the correct verdict was rendered (in an 8-1 decision, no less).
