Weird question but how do you plan a pregnancy and not a marriage? You don’t need a whole wedding to get married and it sure will make it easier to say such news if you were married.. Parent here. Just tell them. And give them some grace. You have had time to wrap your heart and mind around this. You’ll be seeing their very first response. Congratulations BTW! Yes. Just tell them. I don’t know your parents (I don’t think) but most would be quite accepting of their adult child’s baby. You are probably overthinking it.
