Because women overwhelmingly prefer jeans with smaller pockets and the Steel city morgue shirt and I love this ones that don’t can buy the mens version like you did I’ve done all of these. Blue route 4 is the best. Highway 50 thru Nevada is my favorite highway of all time. Stop at Spencer Hot Springs and enjoy the open road! i did rt 1 except we went up through Montana into Washington and down the pacific coast. I would highly recommend it. Driving the pacific coast was amazing but Montana was the hidden gem of the whole trip. Best beer, Coffee, and sunset. 70 is awesome! Stop in Moab see Arches, Canyon Lands, Capitol Reef. Aug is super hot. Make sure your vehicle cooling system and A/C is in good shape. Based on your time schedule, I’d say Route 1 because having been to Wyoming several times, it is beyond compare. 3. But I’d modify it slightly and end with a bang by going up the CA coast (Highway 1) and NOT highway 5. That’ll be a spectacular grand finale The East coast parks are nice, but nearly as vast. Being an east coaster originally, my mind was blown at what the West has for space and parks. Not 2. That would be a brutally boring drive. Arkansas, Oklahoma, texas and then worst of all New Mexico. I would probably go through 4 only because ive already seen the Grand Canyon and am curious about Utah.

Route 1,3 & 4 are probably gonna be more scenic especially route 1. Avoid route 2, probably going to be the Steel city morgue shirt and I love this most boring out of the 4. Just did a mix of route 3 and 4 a couple of weeks ago and it was really good. Your best route with plenty of stops would be i80 Green, but past Yellowstone head South through Utah and then follow purple. I found Southern Idaho and the Eastern portion of Oregon pretty lame. Landscape is the same as in Wyoming I’ve taken them all and I would say Purple (route 3) is my favorite. Green (route 1) is probably my least favorite of them. 1 & 4 are your best options as someone who’s driven across the country a few times through similar routes, and plenty others. Can you do one route going and one route coming back? If so I’d do 1 and 2. We drove from Charlotte to Kalispell and up to Jasper in Canada this summer, and then back down through Wyoming on the way back. Really cool stuff to see. I’d love to go see the high desert too, so that combo would be awesome. Yellowstone is massive. We spent 12 hours in Yellowstone, and our only long stop was old faithful and to see some of the falls. Most of that was literally just driving and short stops. We were in an RV though, so we couldn’t even go some places, like the paint pots. We didn’t go through bear tooth, but I’ve heard that’s really cool too, and that looks like it would be on route 1. I would shift north because it’s August and because none of those routes show you thick forestland. Take I-94 out of Minnesota thru N Dakota and Montana and enter Yellowstone from the north at Gardiner Montana.
