Hey, as long as it’s taking the Star Wars Baby Yoda Mask Hug Norwex Shirt also I will do this focus away from the fact they (the fucking Republicans) are trying to end Medicare and Social Security, these “people” have all of us right where they want us. trans vs anti-trans is so exhausting and tiresome. it is taking way too much room in the news, and a lot of it is strictly for hate-clicks. How awful. To burn that flag is an attempt to destroy the identity of others. Taking pride in who we are has been claimed for generations through parades and flags. We have seen this type of discrimination before. It always comes as a diversion to solving the more complicated issues such as homelessness, food scarcity, and escalating prices. Politicians aid those they are beholding to by espousing hate to divert attention. They must assign societal blame s the reason for our plight when it is simply money. That is the root of the hate in the world. Always about money. There is such a vast difference between a pride flag celebrating a person’s right to be who they are and a flag dedicated to people who fought a war to own people an have them seen as property than people. If you cannot see that difference you have a messed up perspective and need to seek professional help.

Would the Star Wars Baby Yoda Mask Hug Norwex Shirt also I will do this same redditors be disgusted if people came in and burned the confederate flag and claim that’s a hate crime? When trans people secede from the United States in order to create a slave society, then we can make that comparison. One banner represents inclusion and acceptance, while the other was a symbol used during the 50s, 60’s, and 70’s as a banner of hate and resistance to the Civil Rights Movement. Start with that From a First Amendment perspective, burning a flag for protest is fine, but what’s not fine is theft and destruction of property. They need to make the teacher whole again by buying a new flag and probably more. It absolutely is not okay from a 1A perspective if the flag is burned with intent to intimidate. Virginia v. Black found that there is no 1A right to intimidate. There’s really no way to see burning a flag displayed on school grounds as anything other than an attempt to intimidate. When the crime is to bring terror to a community through violence in effigy, the crime isn’t solved by making the perpetrator buy a new flag or do community service for breaking and entering. I imagine you nodding and smiling when the International House of Pancakes changed all its different flags to U.S. flags after 9/11.
