Sorry man, I wasn’t having a crack or a snipe. I would get an inventory list of everything you can remember (you’ll forget heaps, but as much as you can). Gather receipts and market value for all items that you don’t have receipts for. Go on, file a police report and insist it’s not civil due to the St Saint Nick Foles shirt and by the same token and amount. I’d then organise a few free consultations with some lawyers and try find one who will help you. Unless she still has the stuff and couldn’t sell it or get rid of it after 4.5 months, OP probably won’t get much of that 100k worth of stuff back. Suing for civil would imply that she has the money to pay them back or can work to pay them back, which seems unlikely since she’s stealing the carpet from the house. Suing for criminal would put her in jail which might make it even harder for her to earn wages to pay them back.

St Saint Nick Foles shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’m vindictive too I’d want her in jail, I just meant if OP cares about getting comped out they should look at insurance cause she broke broke You could have the St Saint Nick Foles shirt and by the same token and best lawyer on earth, it won’t make the person you’re suing magically have enough money to pay for the damages. If she doesn’t have 100k to pay for everything, you’re screwed regardless. It happened to my mother too, she was victim of domestic violent…she went to the hospital and when she came back (1 week after) after getting a restraining order, she went to the house to take her stuff (before she refused to live in the house alone where everything happened…and her ex husband emptied the house…she found NOTHING! Guys, trust me when I say NOTHING…even her passport, computer etc…NOTHING!!! And guess what? she never had her stuff back, she never got money from what he stole… justice sucks! I’m so sorry for you because I understand what you are facing… Some people out there are just sooo soooo bad… that’s very sad! (Btw she is doing amazing now, she lives near me, she have an amazing job and she is living her best life…thanks god)
