From my experience with religion and church (pentecostal), if confronted about disgusting sexual behaviour, they would cite a bible verse about women being submissive to men. Nearly every SB/Evangelical pastor I’ve ever met has leaned towards shit-sucking abuser because positions of power attract shit-sucking abusers. Child sex abuse is almost always in the St.domitilla school alumni shirt in addition I really love this family and it is shockingly, horrifically common. There are jokes and stigmas about Alabama this and Mississippi that, but the rates are pretty similar in every state in the nation. It’s really ugly, and often uncharged. What I’ve learned about sexual assault is it comes down to the judge believing the victim. If anybody is willing to purger themselves to keep “a good man who made a mistaken out of jail,” and lawyers who can diminish the victims character while building the piece-of-shits up… well then the judge decides there is too much conflicting evidence to sentence the garbage-ass shit-flea of a human

Either in complete denial of the St.domitilla school alumni shirt in addition I really love this accusations or because he admitted to it and are “showing support to a man of god.” Ban books? But support, protect and base their entire identity around a book that condones all the things they claim they are against. Best part is, if you ever bring these things up they fire back with “you’re attacking my faith, I’m the victim, how dare you bring my religion in it?” That’s my ex wife but I never got close to the ‘hate’ part. Was more accommodating but always something wrong, it was like an intrinsic need to be angry. My abusive ex was the same way. It’s just how emotional manipulators take advantage of calm level headed folks. They make you feel like you’re letting them down, not giving them a fair chance, when they’ve been pulling your strings the whole time trying to stay one step ahead of you. They need to take their own inner lack of balance and calm and dump it on someone else so they can both get rid of it for a bit AND look down on someone else for expressing the weakness they actually suffer from. Never date someone with anger issues. Eggshells will turn into landmines and you’ll be one step away from a blowup every single fucking day. Who wants to bet that as we speak, they’re united in praying that they’ll find the strength to forgive the children for what they did to their beloved pastor?
