Not at all. He wanted a parent, not a partner. You wanted a partner, not another child. You two were incompatible and it’s best not to waste time nurturing a relationship that can’t make you happy. How old is he? Fuck sake, i am male and started to cook lunch for my parents when i was 15 and on summer break from school. The rule in our house was, whoever comes home first cooks the Squatch Life Freedom Sasquatch Theme American Flag Vintage Sunset T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this lunch so it baffles me that a grown ass man can’t cook 3 ingredients. This guy is bullshit, we can all agree. I’m a great cook but I work late so my partner does most of the cooking. So we make a point to split chores, as best we can. I think the Squatch Life Freedom Sasquatch Theme American Flag Vintage Sunset T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this term is “weaponized incompetence.” Like, intentionally being so bad at something you’ll never ask him to do it again. If you hadn’t booted him already, down the road he’s gaslight you for saying “you” never taught him to cook or pick up after himself. But, he doesn’t want “you” to tell him what to do because youre his S/O. You can’t and won’t win. You did win tho by becoming single! Weaponised incompetence. I’m a guy and not even dating him and even I wanted to dump him by the time I finished reading this post. Jesus Christ. I was skeptical at first but after reading this you did the right thing. It wasn’t that he couldn’t cook, more that he never wanted to try. Can’t help those that don’t want to be helped. Looks like you jumped off a sinking ship.
