As you said , dogs as violent. So to avoid any accidents, they keep it caged. But they also give them proper time to be free and play around. All my guppies got eaten by a stork because I was dumb enough to keep them in a pond outside the Spring Tour Turbonegro Poster Shirt in contrast I will get this house in the open 🙁 Yeah stopped keeping them when I realised that I was running a snack bar for the local crows and storks. Had a net over the pond covering it entirely. Somehow, didn’t help. No dog is violent, dog behaviour mostly depends on the way it’s brought up by the owner. I have a Cane corso at home and I have trained because it’s an aggressive dog. At the same time we never chained it, he is allowed everywhere inside my home. Indian Spitz are particularly loud and unfriendly to new people acc. to my experience. Gets annoying really fast when its barking its head off when you’re trying to talk to people. And they never stop. There was a vet near my house who was scared of Spitzes because they bit him the most. It’s pretty common here. The older generation in particular has the view that dogs are primarily for guarding the house and companionship is secondary. Some dog breeds are more aggressive than others and are better guard dogs and responsible owners choose the breeds according to their needs and priority. As long as the dog is let out frequently and allowed to play, I don’t see the issue. Speaking from personal experience, my family has had guard dogs and they have been quite effective. There was an instance of us getting alerted about a thief by our dog. I think its the other way around as a trend. Now people get dogs as pets. Early days people get dogs for security and they were raised in a way that they are friendly only to the people in the house and outsiders, for them, are invaders of territory.
