Just visited it a couple weeks ago for the Spider Man Just Did It shirt moreover I love this first time from phoenix and was really pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it! Imo, Taos NM. I absolutely love the town and everything surrounding it. Not too far from Santa Fe, which is also lovely. Was not expecting to see my hometown here, but I’m glad that I am! It’s pretty much the archetypal “ideal big town/small city.” Lots of cheap beautiful homes, all the ammenities of a college town (home to a large university and a prestigous private college), tons of awesome beer (home to the world’s top rated beer several years running), good food, a handful of solid music venues, and you have Lake Michigan & Grand Rapids 40 minutes away, with both Detroit and Chicago 2 hours away.

Great place to start a family too, as the Spider Man Just Did It shirt moreover I love this public school system will pay for your kid’s college. Like…not a scholarship for a small handful, or a modest grant, they’ll straight pay for your kids’ entire college tuition for free. Tacoma is the best, actually prefer it to Seattle nowadays because it’s so laid back but has ton of amenities/stuff to do. I live in Olympia and would like to move up there sometime in the future. Omaha, Nebr. All the amenities within 10 minutes drive. Quiet. Quality schools, very family-oriented, tolerable climate. A midwestern city but clean, decidedly liberal. Sports crazy. You’ll find some of the best pizzas and burger/fries here. One can do whatever and whenever you want. Low median house cost relative to median income compared to other metros. Also I’d say one’s income vs cost of living for the area is a benefit.
