It’s a clear, easily provable, intentional breach of contract, with easily defined damages to OP. Courts were made for this sort of thing. Yes, I would take them to civil court over this. Get them to pay the Space jam a New legacy goon squad logo shirt What’s more,I will buy this difference. They need to know what they did was wrong. Airbnbs are actually illegal here fyi. This is also a super common scam that hosts pull here to put you in a low rent place (bait and switch.) Given that two girls were stabbed to death in airbnbs here, I wouldn’t use Airbnb at all. (They were stabbed by the host. Another out of town guest was stalked for months after staying at an Airbnb by a host. Seriously the hosts here are psychotic because they are breaking a shitload of rules.) You’ll get your money back in like 14 days. Good luck. Don’t sleep outside. Especially around DTES. People live in hostels here because rent is insane, sooo seriously hope you have an extra credit card.

Same thing happened to me for a vacation stay with friends arriving from overseas a couple years ago. I arrived for the Space jam a New legacy goon squad logo shirt What’s more,I will buy this first night with everyone else arriving the next day. Host tried to substitute a different property in neighboring town that was too small for our needs. Company did nothing to help me and it took over three months to get refunded but that only happened because my credit card company became involved. Hope you have a much better experience. They will refund you and say sorry, they will not book anything expensive, at least ask for a coupon for your losses, they may give that.
