I soldered some wires backwards in my DT class, the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but teacher asked if I would try eating a mars bar by putting it up my arse
South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt, hoodie, long sleeve, v-neck tee
I love amateur radio. I have a ham technician license but haven’t done anything with it in a while. It’s a difficult hobby to get good at I just finished Devil May Cry 5 (yes, I’m years late lol). I’ll move on to something else tomorrow but don’t know what yet. Nice. I played the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but first one back in the day. That was a revolutionary game in terms of graphics for me. I’d recommend the last of us. Personally I don’t read/collect either. But my neighbour collected every Batman comic. So DC right? It was great to see him doing that. He used to give duplicates out to the kids in the street. I definitely get why you all love it. At the moment, crocheting. I made a lot of Christmas gifts for loved ones. I recently decided I’d get into cross stitching too. Agree, I am useless on the mats, but being 44, it’s the closest I feel to having as much fun as if I was a child again. I follow the lore and love reading some of the books, but can’t get myself to spend so much money on figurrines It keeps me sane and gives me a sense of worth while I plug away working a simple seperate job that pays the bills.
Ideally working to a game dev career but enjoying creating a game with no pressure is what makes it fun and a hobby is meant to be fun. Well 18 months ago I would have said gaming but somehow that has evolved into coding. Even when I’m gaming 50% of the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but time I’m writing scripts to fly rockets. (Kerbal Space Program with realism overhaul) I’m still very much a novice and learning as I go, but, the proceas of disassembling say, a video game system, and poking and prodding around the board with a multimeter, figuring out if anything’s is damaged or faulty, and replacing or fixing parts, either IF they’re damaged or faulty, OR if just as preventative / preemptive type of maintenance (like doing a full recap / replacing all the old capacitors, since it’s only a matter of time before they go on a 30+ year old console), etc. I just wish that I had a dedicated work-space / workbench; every time I want to do anything like this, I have to clear off my computer desk, then when I’m done for a bit, put all my computer stuff back…

Some information about South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt
Now this is weird. Would you scramble something on purpose so you can re-organize it? Do you organize someone’s messes? Or just yours? Dont get me wrong. I have some questionable “hobbies” myself. Are running and meditation done repeatedly at certain time of the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but day considered as hobbies? I’ve considered hiring a professional organizer for my wreck of a house but I’m too ashamed for anyone to see it. Golf. Gotta separate the game from the elitist culture though. I never play the really nice courses, mostly because I’m broke, but also because I have no desire to associate with rich people. Depends. Video games, generally. Talking and explaining video games to my friends, too. Spending too many times on my phone, too. Doing sports. The sensation after is satisfying, knowing my fatass could do this. Talking to my friends in general. Riding motorcycles, though I’ve not had the opportunity recently because I blew my money on my last one and then it got stolen and written off. I have too many, video games, crib, coin collecting, fossil hunting, rock hounding, hiking, gold panning/slicing, antique bottle collecting, fishing, hunting, skeet shooting, jacking off. All the needs! spending money i dont have. Abuse loved ones while being overly polite to strangers who don’t give a shit. chastising myself about things I cant change while forgiving myself for the things I can but dont like. The usual
Prolly cosplay, only do it once in a while but there is something super satisfying about creating a costume piece by piece and having it all come together
All of them look good so I think you can style it in all the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but ways shown! Personally I love 3, with the long skirt! 2nd pic does it for me the color of the skirt goes nice with your hair and the longer sleeves in contrast to the shorter skirt gives the fit casual vibes, but anything less fluffy and rather tight fitting like your jeans are great choices ! Omggg i was considering buying that same top! The length is a bit awkward but all the outfits you made are super cuteee Let’s be honest. Your figure is doing all the lifting. You could probably wear a potato sack and make it look good. If I had to pick, though, I’d say the last picture looks best. Honestly all of them are rlly cute! Maybe the third one seems a little bit off to me but it’s probably just because of the wrinkles in the skirt. My personal favorite is the first one with the low cut jeans, if I had this top I’d probably end up wearing it with a cute skirt, some white leg warmers and a pair of flats with bows on them Denim jacket with the jeans, made with some cool pins/buttons if us wanna go punk/80’s with it (but I’m biased towards that style). With the skirt, go for some Doc Martens or other cool boots. I love 1 and 4! But all are great! A reasonable length cropped top like this is really so versatile I think you could try almost any bottoms with it I like it worth the plaid skirt best, and beige skirt second best. It works with the last pic jeans as well. You look great in the first pic, but I’m less a fan of the look.
All options minus option 1 are awesome fits! The first one just looks unbalanced imo, but I’m sure tons of people would disagree. Very cute top!! The sets you paired together all look great, and each set has a different feel. I personally like the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but third set the best. It looks very gentle when paired with a pair of kitten heels. I’ve never clicked on anything related to fashion or women or anything like that, but this appeared on my feed. WHY?! 1: You have a great body! Show it off! 2: it looks cute with the skirt pattern. Very cottage core. 4: black and white, always fun It works with all of these, it just depends on what vibe you’re going for. I love the cream skirt and how elegant it looks I think they’re all very cute! Bur if I had to choose one to exclude, I’d choose the outfit with the black jeans. The others are just way too cute!! The skirt is my favorite but the jeans from 1 are good too! None are bad ! You could even try and do a floral skirt if you’re going for sweet girl vibes. 3 and 4 are my favourites but every option is a solid 10. Where did you get this top from?I might need to purchase it myself.
I like 2. 4 is my next favorite. I always suggest a belt with jeans. It makes an outfit look more complete in my opinion. Omg. Love your shirt! Surely all of them fits well but first one and third one takes the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but cake🩷 may I ask where you got the top from?
I wouldn’t do anything special. I’d Sit in my emotions. Address them head on. After I’ve truly felt it I would find the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but culprit. Once you know what you’ve been running from you can either accept that it’s true or prove to yourself that it’s not. Most of the time when I realize it’s true I cry and then I work to change. I have done meditation to help with this. Usually imagining opening a faucet and visualizing water coming out while thinking over what has me upset. Doesn’t always work, but sometimes. Crying is a fantastic release. Hope you find something that works for you IMHO, One of the best methods to get in touch with your deepest emotions is to do the Quantum Light Breath Meditation by Jeru Kabbal. It’s worked wonders for me on numerous occasions. I think you can buy the audio on Amazon. For me, the reason is certainly tied to anxiety. It’s this unease, this feeling of vulnerability when I cry; I don’t feel safe enough.
The concept is similar to why we watch horror movies. A horror movie creates a space where it is safe to be scared. We are in control of the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but environment: we can turn off the movie, turn in the lights, and call a friend if we become too frightened. A horror film is a safe way to experience fear, and the catharsis of release or realization from that fear. But we ourselves aren’t in danger. To cry, I put on a movie that’s made me cry before. I select movies I’ve seen before because I know that for me, I need the catharsis of characters moving forward and getting better. The film can’t end on a devastating note. (Sometimes it’s just a sitcom that has episodes that make me cry, and while I don’t cry every rerun, I still feel a bit better.)
I watch these things alone. I have comforting things around me. I pause when I need to pause. And most of the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but time, I get my cry in. Crying is good, it’s a form of release, grief, moving towards acceptance and more. You might even say that it’s necessary. But for many of us, the underlying causes of anxiety, stress, depression,….could very well be the negativity of the people around us, where we work, where we live, what we eat, what we watch on tv or social media, the pharmaceutical drug’s side-effects OR all of the above. We attempted to free ourselves, at least from most of those causes, when we moved to the country/forest nearly 10 years ago. We have overnight guests from time-to-time, to learn about our sustainable life now and they tell us the very same story as you. Made me think of videos of when soldiers surprise their spouses, kids, pets and the like, aww! Then realise all the children who’s never seeing their parent again and why these tears feel so heavy… Try not to force it. Go about your life and when those moments of intense feeling hit let them come and think about what your feeling, why and where this emotion might be coming from in your past. I find it also helps to create an environment that feels safe for crying. Get comfy or go for a walk in the woods. I’ve felt what you’re feeling before, I spent decades feeling like I needed to cry but not sure how to. Over time I’ve been able to get past the block. Good luck you’ve got this.
For me it’s yoga.. I use Down dog app and they have an option to play music during the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but session. And sometimes the combination is just right between calm music and yoga poses, and at the end of the session I feel so good and automatically start crying and release all the tension. Feels amazing. If you really want to cry just close your eyes and create a vivid picture in your mind of something that makes you feel any emotion that would cause you to cry. For me, it’s visualizing myself as a child. Works everytime. Maybe you could talk to your therapist about inner child work? They might know about that sort of thing – or not. Anyway, we can create ANY emotion with practice – we just need the right stimulus. Create the image in your mind, make it as real as you can, and include sounds, too!
Emotions are like muscles – when were young we’re often told that certain emotions are not okay. Our emotional muscles get flabby (for some emotions) because we don’t express them. You need to actually consciously practice expressing certain emotions and then, like a muscle, it will get stronger and easier to practice over time. Then you’ve got an orchestra of beautiful emotions to experience in your life. Hope that helps you out a bit PS – there are specific “tools” to help you experience certain emotions. I briefly mentioned one (the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but inner child). Let me know if you want to discuss more! Its great that youre working with a therapist on your anxiety. Sometimes letting those emotions out can be tough. One thing that might help is finding a safe space where you can be alone. Try to focus on whats bothering you. Maybe you can write about it in a journal or talk to a trusted friend. Listening to sad music can also help you connect with your feelings. Remember its okay to cry and it can be a healthy way to release built-up emotions. Keep trying and dont be too hard on yourself buddy! You imagine a monk or priest putting hand on your shoulder and saying: you are alright, its fine, you are alright.
Imagine yourself being grateful of what you have, it could be worse. Be grateful of friends, be grateful of everything. Anxiety is usually a sensation in the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but body for me. Just try sitting in silence for a while, then as you feel yourself beginning to relax, focus on those sensations. You will quite possibly find that it wants to express in the form of crying. I cry when I allow myself to face my emotions , and that can look like talking to myself, out loud in my room about what I am thinking and feeling, or listening to music that makes me feel/ allows me to tap into hidden sorrow, it looks like writing everything I’m thinking and feeling in my journal or like, yesterday taking a walk and just talking to myself. We’ve not been taught skills around emotional expression, in fact we’ve been taught the opposite, so it’s important to learn how to feel and unlearn all we were taught
(Check out Susan David’s Ted talk on YouTube on ‘Emotional agility’ and her social media pages, she shares helpful information on learning to identify and express your emotions , I’m also reminded of Guy Winch’s Ted talk on “Emotional first aid” and Johann Hari’s TEd talk on ‘anxiety and depression ‘, very beautiful and insightful, expanded upon in his book “Lost Connections”. Same for Brené Brown’s short television series and book on emotions called “Atlas of the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but heart”(and her work on vulnerability ) all helpful in learning how to identify and let your feelings out) If you’re looking to feel deeply and let it out, find a space where you feel safe, unobserved and free of interruptions so you can let go and allow yourself to be vulnerable Maybe recording your thoughts onto a voice note or audio diary or your recording app or writing it down in a physical or digital journal
Or create a playlist specifically full of music that makes you feel emotional , there are songs I know I can’t listen to casually or without accessing deep feelings BTS – Blue and Gray (MTV YouTube video version with English lyrics turned on) one of the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but most heart wrenchingly beautiful descriptions of depression I’ve ever heard ( You may notice many BTS songs included, one of the things I’ve experienced and heard echoed by many people is the ways their songs are bolstering and kind when it comes to emotional and mental health, it’s not an exaggeration when I say they’ve probably saved my life a few times, so if you’d approach them with curiosity, you may find profound depth and beauty available to you ) Some people have talked about somatics, the walk yesterday or the many times I’ve been moved to tears while doing yoga speak to the truth of that
” If you’re feeling anxious or depressed You’re not crazy, weak or a machine with broken parts You’re a human being with unmet needs Our emotions are signals ” Similar situation here and my therapist advised I use clay. So I take some clay and mold it randomly as I think about sensations in my body, the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but emotions, whatever I can access. It worked a few times. I’ve just started looking into these because I also have fibromyalgia! Do you have any YouTube resources you recommend? Prepare your cutting board. Meditate for 5 minutes to bring your heart rate down. Begin playing some of the saddest music you know on the kitchen speaker. Return to the cutting board and finely chop one onion. Wash your hands, then go back to meditating for 10 more minutes.
After this, I’d journal a bit, or at least plan to use your diced onion (preferably Vidalia Sweet) in a nice yellow curry. There is a common mantra of “I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You, I Love You” that is used to elicit emotions/tears. I believe it’s called the South Carolina Gamecocks we’re going to the Citrus Bowl Shirt it is in the first place but Ho’oponopono prayer, and it’s Hawaiian. Just repeat the phrases over and over for a few minutes while in a quiet, relatively relaxed state. It really works well in my experience to bring forth tears. Oh, I’m so glad. It’s most effective if you can repeat it out loud to yourself (or maybe in therapy if it would feel safer to have the support of your therapist). I think it’s so great you’re trying to feel your feelings, best of luck! I tried this this morning and I had a pretty good cry. Thanks again. I’ll come back to this again and again <3 I didn't realise the blocker was that I blame myself for the thing I'm sad and afraid of therefore I have no right to cry. Your phrase unlocked that quickly.
