“The victim further stated that Singletary told her that she could not leave until she had cleaned up all the South Carolina Gamecocks 2024 NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Sweet 16 Four It All Shirt and by the same token and evidence from the assault,” police said. “I want to say to the people of Gaston County this sort of violence will not stand,” Gaston County Police chief, Stephen M. Zill, said. Then why the fuck was he out? He beat a womans head in with a sledgehammer 2 months ago. Apparently, ya’ll will let some violence stand just fine. Domestic violence has people out on probation or just out of jail really quickly pretty much everywhere unfortunately. It’s like a universal weak spot. Same with stalking. There should definitely be a limit on scale of crime if they are going to let people out on bail though. He didn’t slap her he hit her with a sledgehammer. That’s not basic DV that’s attempted murder and in my opinion given the tool used it makes it even more of a risk he will reoffend which is when bail is denied. I’m in complete agreement with you. I’m saying when it involves people who are in a relationship all bets are off and common sense danger mitigation goes out the window. I love how he was already a felon before all of this. So was completely unable to buy a firearm legally in the first place. Sucks. The answer to a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun! It’s the only way for a peaceful violence free society!

Money! Money is good! Poor people are bad! So we’ll distinguish by who has money! The more money they have, the South Carolina Gamecocks 2024 NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Sweet 16 Four It All Shirt and by the same token and gooder they must be! But we need MORE laws to stop this. He was a registered felon, released literally 4 months later, and still got a gun. We just don’t have enough laws to stop things like this. Maybe if we made attempted murder illegal? How do you think we got to a point where there are more guns than people though? So you think that maybe our psychotically lax guns laws allowed that to happen? Hmm? WE NEED MORE GUN CONTROL Well in a country where this many guns are circulating you can easily buy one from a aquaintence. No need to go through legal channels Conducting a private sale to somebody you know or should know isn’t allowed to own a firearm is also already illegal. If the “justice” system had just properly fucking dealt with this piece of human garbage in 2022 when he assaulted his girlfriend by striking her in the back of the head with a mini sledgehammer, causing her to bleed profusely, then preventing her from seeking aid by forcing her to stay in the apartment for hours to clean up the blood and evidence of his crime maybe none of this would’ve happened. End it by lethal explosion – no one needs him around and a strong example should slow down the tidal wave of dumbasses. “The North Carolina shooting follows a string of similar incidents where seemingly ordinary mistakes have led to serious consequences involving firearms. Over the last week, two cheerleaders in Texas were shot after entering the wrong car in a parking lot, a woman in New York was killed after entering the wrong driveway and a 16-year-old in Missouri was shot after ringing the doorbell to a wrong home.”
