Then there’s the Sousou no frieren couple shirt and I love this benefits outside of the workout, there is literally no medicine you can take that can match the benefits of exercise. You sleep better, feel better, your mental health improves, you’re more confident, your heart is healthier, your blood pressure goes down, you’re less stressed, and the list goes on and on. I’m fat and don’t want to be. My grandfather died at 52 of heart attack. His father needed open heart surgery in the 50s when it was still experimental. My father needed a QUINTUPLE bypass at 41. I’m fat, but if I didn’t exercise I’d be even fatter. I also like the exercise I do; hockey and weightlifting, mostly. I try to do a little everyday. I practice kickboxing and in my 30’s. If I don’t keep my self moving and stretching the next day I am like a lizard in the freezer.

I play ice hockey and soccer, I exercise because it’s fun. On days I’m not playing I work on flexibility or cardio because I want to be the Sousou no frieren couple shirt and I love this best player I can possibly be. Practice and performance improvement is something that I do with all of my hobbies. Honestly, one of the best feelings is putting a playlist of your favorite songs and working out for an hour while enjoying yourself, truly a quality time. I don’t exercise daily. Partially due to time constraints, previous injuries, recovering from a surgery from 3 months ago, and because I workout at home. I do get 2 days in a week for resistance, and 1-2 days for cardio (usually power walking). My motivation is the desire to look good. I want more than anything to have a body like a movie star, and to maintain it. I realize they don’t look the way they do in movies year round (most don’t with the exception of a few), but that’s what I’ve always wanted. So I strive for that, and though it may happen and it may not, that’s what keeps me going. I remember how great I looked in high school, and it reminds me what I’m capable of.
