Did the Snoopy Just A Girl Who Loves Fall Peanuts and Pittsburgh Steelers Shirt Apart from…,I will love this union clearly state that they would strike when the deadline was reached and that strike would happen during a workday? Did the company knowingly schedule a workday with the knowledge that a strike could occur during it, when the deadline was reached, maybe under the assumption a deal could be reached by then or did they pass the deadline the prior day and the union sent workers in under the plan to have them walk off the job mid-shift? This one’s really big for me because if the deadline expired mid-shift then I’m on the unions side, because that’s the company making a very dumb decision, but if it expired the previous day and they sent workers in with this plan then I’m more in the companies side because then there’s an intent to cause damages.

Finally, regardless of this situation, how broadly will this decision be used? This is about a very specific legal question but does the Snoopy Just A Girl Who Loves Fall Peanuts and Pittsburgh Steelers Shirt Apart from…,I will love this decision open up suits for broader circumstances. In this case it was damages caused by employees leaving mid-shift but I’m curious if a suit for losses incurred due to employees not showing up at all could have standing. Like imagine a business that makes a lot of money on Black Friday has workers strike that day; could this open up a suit possibility because the workers strategically strike on a busy holiday even though they didn’t come in and leave mid shift as in this case? Things are about to get really grim for everyone if the right to assemble for better working conditions without fear of retaliation is completely gone In today’s episode of What the Fuck, America! we take a look at the new ways businesses can ruin their employee’s lives, now sanctioned by the supreme court, and ask “why haven’t the people risen up against the tyranny yet?”.
