When I was in my early 20s and realised that I was going to die at some point I became absolutely terrified for a while, like being unable to think about much else. I’ve since spent a lot of time in a line of work where I’ve dealt with a lot of death on a daily basis. No matter what you will die one day so there is no point in dwelling on it No one gets out alive. Best make your peace with your maker, if you believe in one. If not, understand that life is a gift. Enjoy every day to the best of your ability. Rejoice more, worry less. Other than preventative maintenance of your body, there’s really nothing more to do about it.
