The people you talk about didn’t start like that. Most ppl that is. Some get the Skeleton Haters Sillence! I Keel You Pittsburgh Steelers shirt besides I will buy this itch as kids and maintain, but many don’t. Just keep training. You will love it eventually. We believe in you. And life is hard no matter what path you take. Do you want the struggles and stress of getting fat and sick, or do you want the struggles and stress of being healthy? Pick your poison. The drive to looking good and being strong is a much more impetuous than my drive to stay at home not doing that i started working out because i quit drinking and needed something to distract me. i started with silly shallow goals, like ‘i want to be able to see this muscle, i want this line here,’ etc because i do better when i have visible goals. it just became really satisfying for me and now i work out usually 2-3x a week. i also find, if you do want to make it a solid routine, you can’t beat yourself up if you miss a day. you gotta be kind!

I “play the Skeleton Haters Sillence! I Keel You Pittsburgh Steelers shirt besides I will buy this tape forward.” Every morning I wake up and I have two choices. I can get on the bike and let the dopamine, endorphins and serotonin keep my ADHD in check and make me a better dad, entrepreneur, writer, etc., or I can sleep in, and let my ADHD get the best of me. So I ask myself how I’ll feel in 12 hours. That’s usually enough to get me out of bed and onto the bike at 4:30am for an hour, so I can be done and dressed before my daughter wakes up and I have to get her ready for school. For me, it’s not about enjoyment, it’s about not feeling like shit all the time anymore because I have tried that, and I got tired of it. Tired of sitting around, tired of constant knee pain, tired of being winded from simple tasks. I’m not going back to that kind of life.
