Thanks for sharing your story with me, I appreciate it! That sounds really confusing to me. Here in the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this UK, England and Wales have the same style of legal system (Scotland is slightly different). So for me, the notion that state and federal laws or punishments for crime may mismatch is bonkers. Then add onto that that there is a different system for reservations and it seems more boggling to me! However I have heard from my side of the pond that Native people often have worse support from police and children’s and women’s agencies and the communities are poorly supported which often leads to more abuse, substance abuse etc. Bit the face that of you’re careful and the who’s and the where’s you can get away with murder….that’s chilling! “Two spirit” is a general all-purpose term for the various “third gender” traditions across multiple American Indigenous tribes. It was taken up as an all-purpose term by Indigenous queer folks because a similar term had already been used anthropologically – “berdache” – but it was first used by non-native folks and effectively means “catamite,” so it kinda needed to go.

Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt: Perfect for Fans

Additionally, the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this people who did this were, ultimately, kids. Under the age of 18. They need to face consequences, but it’s right that their identities are protected and that great care is taken. My understanding is this kid was ultimately beaten to death by a group – if that’s the case, figuring out who in that group is liable is going to be challenging and take some work. Tossing a bunch of kids in jail for 20 years isn’t really a good plan. Doing that creates a group of adult men who will only ever be dependent and will struggle to contribute meaningfully to society in any way. In-school suspension is a fantastic punishment, because it means the kids can be evaluated during the day by law enforcement, lawyers, and CPS. Put them in a room together with little to no supervision and a hidden camera/microhones, and the authorities will know who was responsible in a few hours. Nowadays, Indians don’t have much of any rights on their own reservations. It’s dictated by the whims of the courts. That is not what would be stopping authorities from prosecuting these kids.
Are you trying to imply that the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this wheels of justice move slow sometimes and it not reasonable to expect a complete investigation and trial to happen in two weeks? Come on now, stop being silly. Law changes pretty quickly sometimes and incredibly slowly most other times. Was curious so I decided to actually Google the facts. There’s a whole lot wrong with this comment. In the commition of a violent act, the state can absolutely prosecute a tribal member. Being part of a tribe isn’t a get out of jail free card, or diplomatic immunity. Nex was a citizen of the Choctaw Nation, but Cherokee Principal Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr. (an absolute gem of a human) released a beautiful statement in grief and support of Nex’s family, and pledged assistance to investigating what happened.

Step by step to buy Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt

Oh boy the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this FBI getting involved must have a few people sweating. Bet it’s harder to convince them to sweep things under the rug than the good ol boy network 20 miles away theres another school where the football team raped a freshman with a poolcue at the district superintendent’s house and the worst thing that happened was the superintendent resigned. The school basically covered it up and some of the people involved still got scholarships and played football in college. At my middle child’s high school her English teacher is a climate change denier occasionally going on mini rants. There is also 1 math teacher for multiple grades who is trained at a college level and expects 9th and 10th graders to behave as college students. XD. Bullying runs rampant. Boys will put their hands on girls in a heartbeat and openly talk that Republican grooming shit in the classrooms. At my youngest child’s elementary school the superintendent was arrested for being drunk and passing out in the lunch room of the school during school hours.
Things are completely fucked in Oklahoma. Thanks Ryan Walters. Thanks LibsofTiktok lady who now sits on a board over the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this libraries in this state. The latter is also culpable in the death of this student 🙁 Yeah I don’t think schools really treat school beating bulling right. Some are zero tolerance for some stuff but when it comes to beating kids up it is a slap on the wrist. I say this as someone who was beaten up and the kid just got a suspension. Oh and this also comes with a broken nose and a 45 minute bloody nose where they didn’t call my parents till it stopped. Yeah schools don’t help the bullied. Granted I graduated more than a decade ago but still see this crap. i’m confused bc the actual nbc news article says there is no direct connection of the fight to the death as of now. all the kids involved walked of their own volition to the nurse where they were checked and one even got checked at the hospital. if there was a direct tie from the fight to the death, those students would be in custody for manslaughter, no? Working in schools, I always say a student could murder someone and still be allowed in school. Parents will claim it’s their disability as blame the school. Criminal justice system is different though
I never understood how media considers these fights. Fights are between two willing participants. This was an attack. This is the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this same type of BS that most schools cover up frequently. When I was a teen I got jumped in the bathroom by 3 others, beaten up so badly I was carted away by an ambulance (My head was smashed against the urinal and kicked in the head a few times). The school administration did absolutely nothing, that was because the Vice Prinipal’s son was one of the attackers. They try to call this shit a fight, but if it was these adults getting 3v1’d, by people their age, they would totally call it like it is. So for almost 2 weeks I was terrified of being in school, due to the fact nothing was being done about it. One day I just snapped and hunted each one of them. I skipped class walked down the halls and ran into their classrooms beating the shit out of each one of them like how they caught me off guard at the urinal. I not only got expelled from school, but Kansas that same year passed a law to allow a review from their schoolboards in cases of expulsions, as they were previously forced to accept them again the following year if there was no other school in that region. I was made the example of being permanently expelled from the school system in the state of Kansas. All because I was the one that was initially attacked while using the restroom. The sad part is, I am not LGTBQ+, I was just a overweight nerd in the 90’s, but that alone made me a target many times.
local here. nex has been repeatedly dead named and misgendered in local media who insist they can’t report anything until the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this ME releases a final report. this child died as a result of a beating that left them with traumatic injuries and if the story hadn’t made national news the owasso pd and school district would have covered it the fuck up I would say it was a murderous hate crime. yes. and the school wouldnt even call an ambulance. It’s wild you can say that but no details have been released from the incident at all. Y’all are too much sometimes. I would say at a min it would assault with hate crime enhancement as well as manslaughter with a hate crime enhancement. Though it may are may not be tough to prove hate crime If they can get ahold of social media info which the feds will. And then everyone present for the child at school will lose their teaching licn and may face charges of child endangerment because the child died while in their care. How was it a lynching
“Lynching is an extrajudicial killing by a group. It is most often used to characterize informal public executions by a mob in order to punish an alleged transgressor, punish a convicted transgressor, or intimidate people. ” Tldr: I suffered a TBI, broken clavicle, broken nose, broken teeth, a fractured eye socket and two black eyes from getting jumped. Changed my whole life then and there, and forever after. 14 years later, the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this outcome of being jumped still effects me on a daily basis. A fight is a fight, getting jumped and beaten to a pulp should be announced as it’s so much different. I got the shit absolutely beaten out of Me when I was 16. Jumped and smashed into the ground until I started seizuring and people broke up the fight and lifted me to my feet. The last thing I remember is seeing the fist come at me, the first thing I remember after is being held up to my feet by two of the people I hung out with, with them trying to help me out by holding a toke to my mouth (I was a big stoner so they thought its what I needed after), with them quickly pulling it away as the principal was finally seen in the distance. I remember everything spinning, and slowly I was able to see less and less until the world was just a sliver. I was sent to a seperate room by the office, and I remember looking at the clock and it was 11:34. All I wanted to do was lay my head down and sleep, the pain was starting to set in and I could barely move my left arm..
..and then I was woken up by the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this principal, who said they finally reached my (at the time) absolute DRUNK of a Dad and he said I should be fine to take the city bus home. I looked at the clock and it was 12:48. I must have fallen asleep as it all felt like a blur, I definitely didn’t feel that pain for an hour awake. So, I went out to the bus stop.. which is exactly where I was jumped. And I just waited. And waited. And finally the bus showed up, and I walked onto it and the bus driver asked me if I was okay. I said yup, put in some money (I know I didn’t have enough as I had bought weed that day..) so I don’t know how much I even put in. Unbeknownst to me at the time, it’s due to my physical state. I sat down, and could finally see through what vision I had my reflection in the window.. Both eyes were swollen shut, and ALREADY turning black. My nose was crooked at the bridge. I couldn’t move my left arm, and I realized it was my shoulder. It felt.. stuck. No matter what I did I could only slightly bend my elbow so that I could sit my arm on my lap.
I got home, and my dad held me against a wall and hit me. In his drunk eyes, I lost a fight… which he taught us growing up to only start ones I could finish (he was a tough dude until he became a drunk). He didn’t know that I was jumped, and had no chance to begin with. I sat at the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this toilet after as he berated me, throwing up black chunks into the toilet (dried blood that I swallowed, as well as drained into my throat from my broken nose). I suffered a TBI. I bad a broken nose which is still crooked to this day. My left clavicle was fractured in two places. Two teeth were chipped, one completely cracked down the centre (still don’t know how my teeth of all things were least affected). Part of my eye socket was fractured. I wasn’t taken to the hospital until two weeks later, when I still couldn’t move my shoulder and the pain was unreal.I knew someone whose father worked on the remodel of the place when he first bought the place and everything there is done super cheap. It looks really cheap from the pictures of the place that I have seen and totally backs the story of how crappy it actually is. Everything was meant to look like it was luxury but it was all just for show. Even the residence that Trump lives in is pretty crappy and the majority of people wouldn’t want to live there. His dad says that stuff breaks all the time there still, they just leave it for weeks until someone can get to it because they have a skeleton crew. He has been back a few times since the remodel to work on stuff because they guaranteed certain things in the contract; this was all pre-presidential stuff.
That sounds about right. He reminds me of all the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this people I see around me cosplaying as rich, when all their shit is temu or wish. Like fuck have one nice piece instead of a bunch of mcknockoff shit. No kidding. Why do people want a house full of garbage quality stuff. Like why do you need 7 shitty, small TVS? Just buy one or two decent quality ones that aren’t going to end up in a landfill in 6 months. Luxury is usually tasteful and just feels expensive. A gold toilet pretty much sums up Trump’s decorating skills. His Go Fund Me is currently sitting at 700k. If only people cared about other causes as much as they care about funding the legal problems of a rapist. One of my favorite behind the scenes stories is when the Apprentice production crew showed up at trump tower and absolutely freaked. They basically had to revamp the entire lobby because of how ratty it was, otherwise the jig would’ve been up 5 minutes in to the “reality” show. It’s not just Trump. My dad owns an maintenance company, mostly HVAC and Electrical work. He jumps at the chance to work at influencal people’s houses / businesses. Even if he doesn’t get paid, he will keep doing work for them, at a loss every single time. He considers it ‘networking’ with state senators and such, because they call him when their heater doesn’t work or something, and he jumps to their rescue. I need to cap this off with the fact that his business has been a trainwreck for the past 30 years, and he still blames Obama for his bad practices. There is something to be said for networking. A certain sense to that. I’ve done it plenty of times over the years.
However, if you’re an idiot and you can’t do the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this cost benefit analysis and realize you’re being rooked by some con artist, then you fucking deserve it. I don’t wanna slight your dad, that’s padre. Il padrino. But with so many of these people, they just…they don’t see the con and it blows my mind. Like I’m not the smartest guy I know. Not by a long shot. But I know when someone’s fixing to get their mitts on my dinosaur wallet and take a few Andrews and I don’t like it. I recently did a job in a former Trump hotel and condo tower in Toronto. Most of the building looked nice until you looked closer and could tell it was cheap material done by low bidders. Some of the people they hired before couldn’t even be bothered to use all the same type of screws on installations and their HVAC and mechanical rooms were a mess.
Mold causes brain damage. With the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this quality of some older houses it might explain mental stability of Trump and other members of his generation I wish this was the case, it could be remedied. Unfortunately, that brain rot was bred in and inherited, who knows how many generations it was passed from father to son. Or how many generations it will keep being passed down. Especially in south Florida you have to constantly keep up with mold growth all year long , mrs post the original owner must be flipping in her grave over the decay of her once beautiful elegant home . It’s very tough to stiff HVAC workers and still get good work done. They can literally make you sweat in negotiations. Ehhhhhhh, I fucking hate Trump, but this is the absolute lamest possible thing to get mad at. You see air ducts like this everywhere. It’s not mold, it’s just dust buildup. Pretty much any place with an industrial HVAC system will look like this. The air coming out of the vents has a slight charge, causing dust particles to stick around the vent. These places have contracts with a janitorial company, they awarded the contract to the company that offered the best value (read: cheapest) contract. The company sends workers that barely make over minimum wage, to clean huge buildings at night. These vents don’t get cleaned daily, weekly, or even monthly in most places. Next time you’re at a bank, movie theater, big box store, or at your job, take a look for vents like these and they will probably look similar.
Is it gross? Kind of in the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this sense that you realize all that dust is coming from somewhere. Are there more important things to criticize Trump about? Absolutely. The only difference is that most dust the exterior vent covers to make them appear clean. Inside? Them shits is nasty. It’s like calling him fat and ugly and orange…. Yeah we know… But those aren’t the main problems with the guy. Barron & Melanie aren’t doing much these days … can’t they wander around with a “swiffer” and do some dusting. Barron’s tall enough, he won’t even have to stand on a chair/ladder. I’m not surprised. I visited his Taj Mahal in Atlantic City in 2004. It was a literal dump. Everything was filthy. Not just bad housekeeping dirty, but needed to be replaced a long time ago nasty. There were holes in the carpet. Chairs busted. I was expecting to see the same kind of “shiny” that he was known for. Boy was I disappointed ! Is anyone surprised that the jewel of his real estate empire is nothing but a gold plated pig pen. Probably got bed bugs and cockroaches the size of rats… I used to think forced air wat a better way to heat but then heard about the nasty duct work. I’ll stick with radiant heat. Why doesn’t he have any health problems? Apparently, The best healthcare the world has ever seen is called “selling your soul to a demon”
Wouldn’t moldy airducts be a bit of a health risk? Doesn’t Florida have some sort of regulation concerning stuff like that? Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t that place actually a club and not his personal residence? I know he lives there but calling it a “home” seems rather dubious. There’s a private residence that he lives in there along with the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this club section off of the course…he does live in the residence almost full time. For the amount of money someone pays to be a member there, I’d be annoyed with how dirty it appears and is not even close to luxury standards. You go to a high-end hotel, none of this would pass as normal and people would be fired over it. With all the bad things we can discuss regarding Trump, I’m a bit surprised that this is seeing so much traction.
Contractor here, no one cleans their air ducts. One of the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this biggest lies in movies is people crawling through clean ducts Eww. Doesn’t he live there? I had a husband I lived with whose place was moldy before I moved in as well. He didn’t care at all. I had mold in my childhood bedroom and my parents didn’t care. Why do people love mold?? Brittany Murphy died from it if I remember correctly! But … BUT … marry a lardo is worth 1.5 billion? Why would a billionaire need fundraisers to save his roachy bed bug infested motel? If you hate billionaires, fine whatever, but the complex is massive, sublimely beautiful, and obviously worth more than the $18 – $27 million. Pulitzer and Thomson say that if it were to go to a bidding war, the very bottom would be between 300 and 600 million, but would likely sell for much much higher.
Yes, Qualified Immunity is a complete travesty as is prosecutors’ refusal to take on tough cases against killer cops. And US cop unions have far too much power and influence. I would never move back to the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this US (even as a white male) for this reason; more worried about cops than gangs or drive-by shootings or muggings. Prefer to stay here in Bangkok where the cops are merely chubby and predictably corrupt rather than American gym-rat psychopaths with guns. Yeah. Enjoy in Bangkok until the day you’re suddenly abducted by Chinese mafia to work as an online scammer in Cambodia or Myanmar. They’ll enslave you for years and you won’t be able to leave their compound. Thailand might be beautiful from outside but it’s rotten to the core. The Chinese mafia of organised crime syndicates have made the country a shithole. Cambodia is even worse. As a native English speaker, you’re their soft target. I mean, there’s no way you’ve just compared Thailand with the US. The rule of law that exists in the US is incomparable to any other country on Earth except the EU. The EU is superior in that regards. Beware of what’s going on in that region. The only safe countries in the SE Asian region are Indonesia, Brunei, Timor Leste and Malaysia. The Chinese Mafia is powerless there.
I mean. Cops can kill anyone in India too honestly. As long as sarkar wants to protect them. Same same not very different. Yes but that’s in some rare, targeted cases. In the Skeleton American Flag Dont Throw My Past In My Face I Was There I Know What I Did Shirt moreover I love this US, it is like almost any cop can kill and all are protected. I am in Seattle. We went for a protest last year. The reason they didn’t charge him was because they didn’t have enough evidence to get conviction. Many. I moved to the states in 2015 and that time going for MS was not that common, at least in my city. Everything I knew about the USA was from tv and movies. I went through a culture shock and many stereotypes I had were proven wrong. The amount of packed food and wastage of food. My first job was as a barista and the wastage of food I saw in the name of customer service is crazy. The indian diaspora who come together in large numbers for Diwali & other celebrations, and even Modi rallies…. Are now quietly sitting in their homes. No rallies, no protests, no nothing Indians almost quite literally never protest in foreign countries in any capacity. They don’t even get involved politically at all. Except the ones in canada. Indians, japanese, Koreans, and even chinese really just have a mentality of put your head down and do your work mentality. And plus Indians are only 1% of the entire population. There’s not much they could do even if they tried. Unless white people and other marginalized groups shed attention to the situation but unfortunately asians have the “model minority” stereotype so they’re completely ignored by any white activists when it comes to racism.
