My little brother thought Disturbed’s cover of “Land of Confusion” was the Silverstein Music Hand Original Emo shirt but in fact I love this original, I made him listen to the Genesis song and he said it sucked and they stole from Disturbed No one gonna mention that “Mad World” by Gary Jules is a cover? Its the only version i heard until the original popped on my spotify 2 years ago. Its actually by Tears of Fears and goddamn the energy is very different between the two! Going from “wow what a sad song” to “wth is this upbeat theme i love it” gave me whiplash. I mean, sometimes the cover artist doesn’t exactly go out if their way to give original credit, like the current case with Valhalla Calling by Miracle of Sound! I remember when everyone was trying to shit on young kids getting into Kate Bush because Running Up That Hill was on Stranger Things, and I had thought it was a Placebo song the whole time

It is named for Walter E Washington, the city’s first mayor. “The Bluetooth wireless specification design was named after the king in 1997,[29] based on an analogy that the technology would unite devices the way Harald Bluetooth united the tribes of Denmark into a single kingdom.[30][31][32] The Bluetooth logo consists of a Younger Futhark bind rune for his initials, H (ᚼ) and B (ᛒ).[33]”
