It baffles me that ANYONE uses these services. I legit had my entire order messed up once, contacted them, and they disconnected from me, took me threatening a lawsuit before they gave me the Shilled Enough TO be A Dog Groomer Crazy Enough Love It T-Shirt and by the same token and full refund Speed using Doordash long ago because the prices are outrageous, the drivers don’t care and my food is always cold. I’m losing precious minutes of delivery deadline time waiting for them to respond I always just call. Its much easier to deal with calling! The customer service number is on google. As a dasher, Im sorry you dealt with someone like that. I cant imagine doing that to someone. I’ve got 100 percent refunds on my orders. Doordash is weird in that they don’t take your word for it. You need to send photos. I’ve found that with photos they have never denied a refund. Also, a lot of support doesn’t speak English and they’re just somewhat understanding what I say half the time and give wrong responses to questions. It’s like they have multiple choice answers and they pick whatever sounds best. Hm i think if you just write what happened and what you want in the first sentence to them you usually get a full refund. I do it all the time. Most recently, the dasher gave me the food in a soggy bag and the food dropped everywhere. Messaged support and told them what happened and that i wanted a full refund. So you’re telling me I’ve been wasting time getting out of my car and handing the food to the customers when I could’ve just yeeted their pickle-less, no tomato, extra cheese, sauce on the side- ass order at their window?
