I usually don’t use powder, but if I’m going to be in a humid or sweat-inducing environment, I put on loose powder under my foundation and concealer. There are dewy looking powders. They have a faint shine and are made to look dewy. Most of the Hourglass ones are like this. Even wet n wild photofocus gets dewy quick. But if I really just wanted dewy looking skin, I would pick a dewy looking foundation. There are a ton of them. I’m oily so I have to use powder but I only use it on my t zone and keep the rest untouched so it’s appearing as dewy because my outer cheeks are A good, natural finish highlighter. I recommend hourglass ambient strobe lighting powder. If you find it too expensive, check out essence pure nude highlighter.

Using the SHANE VAN GISBERGEN Zealand professional racing driver T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this right powder, the right amount of powder, and the right setting spray. For a full face I usually use a setting spray between layers of makeup to help them blend better, so I do my eyes, set with spray, primer, foundation, then bronzer/contour, concealer and blush, spray and blend, powder products if any, spray. Powder comes in now for any overly shiny areas because dewy =/= shiny, little powder for the eyes, a very light layer, and then set that again with spray I recently discovered the dewy setting spray by Anastasia!! It’s a game changer. Even if I put on a shit load of powder, this setting spray makes it dewy in a beauiful way. I love it! Use a powder that is not fully matte. I like the elf halo glow powder because it sets well but you still have glow so you can use a more generous amount. Avoid glowy powders tho cause they will often have glitter in them. Hourglass powders are also really good but expensive. I only really powder my t zone and under eyes and then use the excess on the brush to lightly dab over the rest of my face so it’s not wet but i’m not mattefying it. then I use my setting spray then I dry with a handheld fan or, honestly, I use paper plates these days LOL
