As a cuban/Mexican/American, I do love me some good ol’ white people comfort food. Biscuits and gravy, meatloaf and mashed potato, burger and fries, and occasionally some Wendy’s drive thru I know this is a food reference but food is part of culture mmmkay My understanding is that the Sebastian Vettel German racing driver The Lion Of Singapore T-Shirt In addition,I will do this idea that white people have no culture exists because “white” is an arbitrary physical characteristic with no defining culture associated with it, and many white Americans don’t do anything to keep their actual hereditary cultures (English, German, Irish, etc.) alive. And it’s not something that was forced on us, the way Black Americans had their heritage stolen from them, but something we seemingly gave up voluntarily in favor of “assimilation.”

That being said, the Sebastian Vettel German racing driver The Lion Of Singapore T-Shirt In addition,I will do this idea that a culture being a melting pot equates to being devoid of culture is a fallacy in itself. The way all these disparate influences blend together gives us a unique culture to ourselves. Talk to any foreigner in America and they will tell you the ways we’re different from their own home or places they’ve been. American culture is real and it’s strong. There’s just no such thing as “white” culture because whiteness alone doesn’t have universal characteristics or experiences specific to the group of people under that umbrella. America is a melting pot. It is rare that anyone can experience a purely white, black, Asian variation without also being influenced by other aspects. Most of our perspective regarding other cultures are based on stereotypes & generalities, and not reality.
