When I did it a few decades ago, there was a bridge, a few kilometres north of Cooktown that consisted of four tree trunks. Google maps did not force two tourists to do anything. Two idiots got lost using a map I can’t even get to fix my local streets, in a wilderness they clearly were not prepared for. It’s fortunate they have atleast enough brain cells between the Scott Morrow American professional ice hockey defenceman Carolina Hurricanes T-Shirt Also,I will get this pair of them that they lived to tell the tale. Even if those unsealed roads are major and well used roads the conditions can change over night. Doubly so in the north of the country. This is another story of tourists underestimating both the size and the environmental diversity that Australia supports. Google maps once sent me onto someone’s property in New England when I was cycling. Figured out what happened when the dogs behind the fence started barking… luckily nobody was home and the dogs couldn’t get out. We’re not talking about street directories here. For an expedition into a remote area like this you need a proper regional road-map. Up north they would have been able to pick one up at any servo or camping store. Unfortunately many tourists from all corners of the Globe come to Australia and fail to appreciate the vastness of the country and fail to grasp that you can die if you are not prepared. It also applies to Australians who have lived in the Suburbs their entire lives and decide to go West without the appropriate supplies.

I do gaming stuff so Its kinda a nice break from college and work. I feel that idea of a break. I went back to finish my degree before I started a channel and it’s a good way to decompress. 1 more class and I might be able to put a bit more time into the channel I really enjoy the creative process behind it all, uploading excites me too, but the research/creation/editing is what’s really fun for me Oh me too. I just did a video that dives into the genetics and history of my channels niche and i was in nerd heaven! This is the fun part for me too! I wish I didn’t care about the views/subs or anything and just enjoyed it for the artistic process. I really hope someday I can get into that phase too I just want to delegate my editing task to someone else lol Haha how long does it take to edit for you and how long are your videos usually? It gets easier and quicker definitely
