Humorous tribute to the daily life of a school bus driver

This tee is a funny school bus driver shirt that captures the relatable chaos of transportation work. The design features the quote “That’s What I Do: I Drive School Buses and I Forget Things” alongside a vintage-style illustration of a yellow school bus. It is made for drivers who appreciate occupational humor and the occasional forgetfulness that comes with long routes. The retro aesthetic appeals to those looking for transportation humor that feels authentic rather than generic.

Comfortable and durable design for daily wear

This comfortable cotton tee is built for durability during long shifts on the road. The black fabric offers a soft, breathable fit suitable for all-day wear in the driver’s seat. The print uses orange, yellow, and red ink to create a distinct retro look that withstands repeated washing without cracking. With its unisex fit, this shirt works well for any bus driver or transportation staff member who wants reliable apparel that matches their sense of humor.

Product specifications

This black t-shirt features a vintage distressed graphic of an older man driving a bus against a mountain backdrop. The design includes the slogan “That’s What I Do: I Drive School Buses and I Forget Things.” Available in standard sizes, the shirt combines classic comfort with a niche occupation joke shirt appeal. The material is 100% cotton, ensuring a premium feel that holds up to daily use and frequent laundering.

Is this shirt true to size?

Yes, this tee follows standard US sizing charts for a consistent fit. For a relaxed feel during your route, consider ordering one size up if you prefer extra room around the shoulders and chest. The cut is designed to allow freedom of movement while steering, making it practical for active days behind the wheel.

Is the print durable after washing?

The graphic is screen-printed on high-quality cotton to resist fading and cracking over time. To maintain the vintage look longer, wash the shirt inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. This care routine helps preserve the vibrant colors of the school bus illustration and text through many cycles.

Would this make a good gift for school staff?

Absolutely, this item serves as a thoughtful gift for bus drivers and transportation department employees. It is ideal for Teacher Appreciation Week, end-of-year celebrations, or birthdays when you want to acknowledge their hard work with a laugh. A funny bus driver gift like this shows appreciation for the specific challenges they face daily, making it a memorable choice for bus driver appreciation events.

Does this design reference Baldi’s Basics or other memes?

No, this design is original artwork focused solely on school bus driver humor. It does not contain characters, lyrics, or references from video games or unrelated pop culture memes. The imagery and text are strictly tied to the experience of driving a school bus and the common trait of forgetting things, keeping the theme clear and relevant to the audience.
