“There is clarification, though, that no criminal liability can be imposed even if the Scarlet witch in the multiverse of madness shirt so you should to go to store and get this person is under 16 as long as the partner is not more than three years older and the sexual act is consensual and non-abusive. The exception does not apply if the victim is under 13 years old.” ? Yes? Every well designed age of consent law has “Romeo and Juliet” provisions, so that if a high school student has consensual sex with another high school student, they might get grounded, but they don’t need to do hard time in prison. So everywhere but a few American states is weird and creepy? 18 also doesn’t work, 16 year olds have sex, its a fact, making it more taboo and not allowed means its going to be less safe. The age of consent is 16 practically everywhere, its normally only strange to americans who baby their people until they are 18-21, where the rest of the world does the same thing at 16-18

The OP is about age of consent, your comment says “it”. “It” in this case is the Scarlet witch in the multiverse of madness shirt so you should to go to store and get this age of consent. Did you, the post or me ever mention dating? Not really, “dating” is a vague term. Whereas talking about general consent to sexual activity is much more objective, which is why we use that for law rather than some notion of relationship What’s crazy is that all the countries of the world determined they needed an age of consent, and some of those psychopaths chose 11, 12 and 13. I guess none of you have actually done research into Age of Consent Laws around the world? Most of the world is around 15-18 with some places being the exception, couple of places are around 21, and at least one has a FEDERAL Age of Consent at 13, however different prefectures/states have it set to around 16-18. There are still NUMEROUS countries/regions where there is no actual defined Age of Consent either. The world is messed up over all. However with our views and what we are taught we don’t know the circumstances of what those cultures may need to survive in the world.
