From what I heard from management latter, apparently the Saratoga lake new york unsalted shark free shirt and I love this customer wanted me to move a rocket cart earlier but the customer never said anything to me. I had a lady threaten to sue me once if she had an accident while waiting for a manager to come talk to her. This was all over me telling her that she couldn’t bring her merchandise in the restroom but could leave it at the service desk for the cashier to watch. I was ringing up a customer’s items when she suddenly had a, “realization” that she had the wrong color towels. And majority of her cart was the towels. I told her to just put them off to the side and then I finished ringing up her items. She paid with a check and she, last minute, told me that she wanted to use up the rest of her gift card. I told her it was too late for me to use the gift card on her transactions since the check went through already. She then proceeded to get mad and told me that she’s tired of people not listening. She had me bring over my team lead and told her that I needed to listen better. My line at my register was out to apparel, so I was trying to get people out quickly. I started scanning an other customer’s items, and she got mad at me for that and said that I needed to wait until I was sure that she had all of her bags before I started skating someone else’s items and that she was prone to leaving bags behind and then when she went to customer service to get her gift card cashed out, she told my coworker that she needed to get them all on her face checked out because she was a nurse.
