Join GYM. In 6 months you will be what you always wanted to be Yes, there are many downsides, especially, Delhi. But as someone living in tier-3, I find metro cities provide privacy, corporate life, easy connectivity, easy access to everything, its always happening, has more young blood in a way – I see even 60 year old people aspiring to start something new, while in Tier-3 people don’t even allow young adults to run something new.

It’s really stupid, i know, and i’m most likely making a big deal out of It, but it’s good to make the day just a bit lighter I had been down for the last few weeks because I had a sore knee that was preventing me from running. But I’m 46 and I started worrying that my knee pain would be chronic. I’m old, what if it never gets better? What if I need to have reconstructive knee surgery. Then I spend too much time obsession about miniscus surgery recovery for middle aged men. Would I ever be able to run again? Or bike? What if the surgeon screws up the surgery and i have to have my leg amputated? If you have anxiety, I am probably making sense. If not, then you think I am crazy. The knee got better. That made me happy. But why did I spend so much time fretting and then getting depressed?
