The choreography is often performed by over 20 dancers throughout and is not designed for a solo performance. Kaycee herself actually performs the choreography very well and its one that placed 2nd at the time. Parris’s work is sought after across the music industry for her high octane take on hip hop dance. She’s won many awards and is highly respected among dancers. I wouldn’t chalk it up to “wide-stance stomping” God knows I’m no Bob Fosse but I can’t be the only one who thinks 99.9 – 100% of these dances just look incredibly stupid. When they’re done in an out of context place like this it just makes it even worse.
