This. Most of us don’t get to our late 40s with a perfect body. Those who do tend to find each other. The irony for me is that I’m stronger than ever through working out but the Santa Grinch Mississippi State Bulldogs Gift Christmas shirt Additionally,I will love this menopause belly will not go away. Oh well. Slightly different perspective: I am a 44-year old woman who is physically fit, has never had kids, has never had weight loss or gain to give me stretchmarks. Not all, or even most, women in their 40s are struggling with losing confidence and looking to lower their expectations as a result of that. For women who like me have been steadily staying active and maintaining our physical appearance for 20 years of adult life will tend to look for men with similar interests and activity levels….dad bod or no dad bod. So, OP, don’t settle for the whole “over the hill” mindset because you’re in your late 40s. But aren’t you judging in the Santa Grinch Mississippi State Bulldogs Gift Christmas shirt Additionally,I will love this exact same way you think they’re going to judge? My flat stomach is literally so I don’t die. As I almost did when my BMI was well over 30. I’ve actually experienced quite a bit more fit shaming than I ever did fat shaming before losing 115 lbs. People just assuming I’m some vain gym bro without even knowing anything about me or my previous battle with obesity, diabetes, hypertension, etc. If they work in an office and have kids and somehow look like a 25 year old yoga instructor, I would stay away because they probably have some sort of unnatural fixation on their looks, or they are not going to be much fun to go out ot eat with if they do not enjoy some of the better junk foods in life, or can’t stand to just spend a day being lazy and skipping the gym or their daily workout.
