Congrats. If you are over 6 feet tall i’d say your physique is great. No if you only care about physique than start measuring your biceps, chest, abs and legs and of course take selfies to make sure you are happy with your appearance. If you only care about your health than i suggest talking to doctors and get a bunch of tests done to see if you are healthy. You’ve done an incredible job! I don’t know what your height is or what a Doctor says. Your goal weight should be , but if we are assuming that you work quite heavy for your frame , then you’ve actually lost a lot pretty rapidly. If you lost it any faster it may mean that there was something wrong. The heavier you are, the Santa Grinch Houston Texans Stomp On NFL Teams Christmas 2024 shirt also I will do this more likely you are to take weight off faster in the beginning, but that doesn’t (and shouldn’t) last long. The rate that you’re going shows healthy consistent change. 2 years is a long time to be practicing those habits. And it sounds like you’re doing amazing. Please don’t beat yourself up just because you aren’t where you want to be right in this moment. What you’ve accomplished is really incredible and you shouldn’t be feeling badly. It’s close to a hundred pounds of weight loss! That is WILD. Please find a way to be kind to yourself and appreciate yourself this week. You deserve that.

You generally won’t lose 2lbs per week like clockwork every week even if your diet is absolutely perfect because you body is smarter than you are and adapts really quickly. I think the Santa Grinch Houston Texans Stomp On NFL Teams Christmas 2024 shirt also I will do this generally accepted notion is that each 1lb of body fat requires you to have a deficit of 3500 cals per week. Now, that doesn’t mean you have to simply consume 7000 less calories per week to lose it, it’s calculated with how much you use. So if you consume 3500 less calories per week, and exercise to use 3500 more calories per week then you end up with your 7000 calorie deficit. The problem is our bodies are incredibly efficient at finding ways to use less calories, and so even if you hit that magic number, after a while you’ll simply stop burning through the calories at the same rate

What matters is that you hit the Santa Grinch Houston Texans Stomp On NFL Teams Christmas 2024 shirt also I will do this goal you were aiming for, and I’m proud of you. Progress is progress no matter how you cut it. How long did it take to get to 335lbs… Yeah the point is, it’s a journey to get to where you want. 90lbs in two years is fantastic. Keep doing what you are doing and it will fell offf even faster. id lost 100lbs in 4 months. basically 1lb a day. id stepped on a scale and when i realized i was up too 315lb i kinda panicked. walking and cutting out breads/sugars. on my breaks/lunch at work id either have a fruit cup or go for a walk. when i got home from work id go for a 45 min walk. on the weekends if i was craving to eat something …….. id go for a walk. i still ate homemade cheeseburgers but w/o a bun.

When I want to lose weight fast, I cut calories to about 1200 a day and I put my treadmill on 5% elevation and walk 4 MPH for 45 minutes a night, every night. I can drop almost 1 lb a day doing this. Eventually, I start eating more and start gaining weight slowly over the Santa Grinch Houston Texans Stomp On NFL Teams Christmas 2024 shirt also I will do this next several years. I have a weight that I refuse to ever cross. When I get close to it, I’ll do my lose weight fast routine again. I see no reason to draw out losing 50 lbs over a year when I can do it in 2 months. The other day, I carried two 25 lb weights from my bench to hold down some wood while the glue dried. There were super heavy and I realized that when I weigh 50 lbs more, I’m basically carrying these two weight around with me all the time. Dude you’re making progress on your goal. Everyone is different and in different circumstances. Be proud of what you’ve accomplished, and keep up the good work.

How I can buy this Santa Grinch Houston Texans Stomp On NFL Teams Christmas 2024 shirt

90 pounds in 2 years is great, dude. Who cares what other people might have done. You’re 245 now, and that’s great. Any weight that you can lose and not go back to is an achievement, and it’s probably healthier to do it slow but steady. A 2 years progress means that you do have the Santa Grinch Houston Texans Stomp On NFL Teams Christmas 2024 shirt also I will do this mental discipline of sticking to a healthier lifestyle and you don’t look for shortcuts. Slow and steady wins the race. My biggest issue is I lose very rapidly, averaging a 1/2 lb a day or 3.5 lbs a week. Works well, but when I get off the diet my body goes right back into fattening up for the winter mode Be proud you’ve lost 90, that’s awesome! And the fact that you’ve stuck to it for two years means you’re capable of the long game.Single parents are stigmatized. Social pressure is immense when marriage is not a success. People end up sticking together. The problem is post divorce, it’s a mess and people face the “what now?” questions, which the answer may be “may as well ride it out and be less unhappy” than dealing with the fallout. This is in a highly communal, family oriented culture like Vietnam. Yep, my mom takes the biggest role in caring for grandma but she never receives as much love as other siblings for she divorced twice. Definitely need more awareness and family therapies are much needed. Family tradition has a lot of pros, like we don’t hear much about loneliness issue, at least at the current state of affairs, being prevalent in Vietnam, partly possibly because people are always around. But family is canonically full of drama and requires people to be highly aware to stay away from the complexities when needed and remaining sane. Anyway, like all things there are pros and cons. I still think family is a good foundation for a healthy society so bullish on Vietnam Completely agree. Sticking together through the storm is great. That’s why I wish they can accept consulting. At least learn to be better for one another.
I really think it’s important. If they are set to stick together due to stigma then at least learn to better co-exist with one another. I hope it’ll be widely accepted next generation. marriage is cohabitation… maybe just be reminded of that fact may help people discard the Santa Grinch Houston Texans Stomp On NFL Teams Christmas 2024 shirt also I will do this negative feelings around it and just focus on… well cohabitating Idk my (and my wife’s) friends are divorcing left and right these days so the 2022/2023 statistics should be different imo. Wouldn’t say left and right, but in my wife’s family and friend circle there are a bunch of devorces too. Feels similar to the central European country I am coming from. The main reason seems to be that the husband is an alcoholic
Vietnam has one of the Santa Grinch Houston Texans Stomp On NFL Teams Christmas 2024 shirt also I will do this lowest rates of divorce in the world, but not the lowest. The figures you see on some of the global ranking sites list Vietnam at 0.2 per 1,000 are horribly outdated. Actual statistics from 2022 show that there were 60,000 divorces in Vietnam which work out to 0.75 per 1,000. Still low, but not the lowest in the world. This is a traditional “farmer mentality” society. The Western concept of marriage and family isn’t applicable here. When you break off a marriage, there’s nowhere else to go, so it’s better to stay put.. If you trust the marital and family data from Vietnam – you are as gullible as the guy who believes China did nothing wrong. Vietnam has a culture that judges women as the plaything for men and they are possessions to be owned. And if any women divorce – they are shit on by both families and society. The rate of infidelity amongst asian men overseas have shown Vietnamese and Chinese to be the highest amongst asian nations. Not really. People look down on both divorced men and women. Moreover, parents would rather stay unhappy together than divorce, which causes the kids issues. And there are many more reasons to stay together in a poor country Most likely a guy with massive savior complex that fetishizes Asia women who are waiting for him to heroically rescue them from eVuLz ViEtNaMeSe MeN.
