However, you can walk up to a homeless person, hand them a flyer about how amazing Los Angeles is (weather is great year round), and offer then a free bus ticket with $100 if they accept it and get on the bus. The scale of this? Over 21,000 in the last few years. Most of them are going to the west coast. San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland. 21,000 might not sound like a lot, but it really is when homeless are typically only a tiny fraction of the total population. Downtown San Diego has turned into a tent city as a result and Portland has many streets you can’t even walk on the sidewalk anymore because tents cover the entire span. They build shelters and safe camping areas, but they also impose rules like “you can’t use drugs here”. So, they sit empty while the streets of downtown are clogged up and getting worse.

He takes the money he gets pan handling and buys himself his necessities clothes, food, and alcohol. This mofo meets tons of random women through various means of begging and drinking at bars. He convinced women to take him home, sleeps with them, gets to stay anywhere from a single night to weeks at a time. Gets showered, lives at their places, eats, bangs em a bunch of times. Then back out on the streets to rinse and repeat all over again.
