It not legal, but you can easily found it everywhere. Some police officers also smoke them. If you not get caught then it okay. Govt forbid the Samantha Fox an English pop singer and former glamour model T-Shirt and by the same token and buying and owning of marijuana but not ppl use them. Marijuana is a net negative for society. Every pothead that I’ve ever met is slow, dumb, and weak both mentally and physically. Hopefully Vietnam will keep it illegal for a long time. Once it’s legalized, it won’t feel the same. The secret sauce is you doing a little crime. People might say scientifically weed isn’t addictive, but in reality it is. I don’t think Vietnam is ready for the negative aspect of weed, despite all the benefits. As a weed smoker, I hate when people say it’s not addictive. It’s not physically addictive like alcohol tobacco heroin meth and coke. But it can be mentally addictive and easily habit forming. Thankfully it’s a pretty easy addiction to kick.

No it’s not. I smoke 10g a month just a year ago for 4 years and now I completely off for 6 months and no habit formed. I refuse to believe that you did something for 4 years and didn’t form a habit out of it. It’s easy to quit when your life is on track, but when it’s stressful, it’s easy to relapse. If you are the Samantha Fox an English pop singer and former glamour model T-Shirt and by the same token and type who can suddenly quit cold turkey without any side effect then good for you, but that’s not the case for most weed users. 10g over a month is not enough to be habit forming. Its like you are saying having 10 beers over a month makes you an alcoholic. Its just not true. Daily smoker of 15 years. I have been in VN for 7 days now on holiday, I’m not silly enough to mess around with foreign laws so even if I found it I’d say no. At no point have I “needed” or “craved” it or went through any withdrawal symptoms. I can easily wait until I get home.
