I worked as a backgrounds check specialist for Education, Nursing, Healthcare and Social Care recruitment for approx 10 years (but mostly in the Sam Howell Superstar Pose Signature American football quarterback T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this Education sector) and I came to the following conclusion about criminal records and people… You will neverk now the complete truth. The fact is there are at least 4 different truths besides the complete truth they are as follows: The Victims Truth – this will generally paint the offender as a monster of sorts. But it may not be accurate as it is subject to their subjective view. This is not a very reliable/accurate truth. The victim believes it to be true because they were victimised by someone and will have developed strong feelings towards the offender.

The Offenders Truth – this is the Sam Howell Superstar Pose Signature American football quarterback T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this flip side of the coin of the above and will generally be designed to paint the offender as the person in the wrong place/wrong time. Or who made an innocent mistake (like OP in this case) Of the many variants of the truth, this is often the least accurate truth but for the offender it is their truth, they believe this either because they have lied to themselves enough to justify their actions, or they have lied to themselves about their actions to cope with their shame about them. Common things that happen here is people mitigate their actions. For example I once had a guy come into the office and tell us that his record for mugging someone with a weapon (baton/knuckles etc not likely to be a knife as no mention of possession of a bladed article in the criminal record) on him had been a case of wrong place, wrong time and that he hung around with the wrong people. When he wrote out this version of the truth – I was able to tell it massively diverged from what had happened.
