If you really wanted it why did you not accept the Sacramento Kings Basketball Team 23 Player Roster Sacramento City Skyline 2024 Shirt and I love this offer immediately and waited at least 5 days before doing anything? I bet their 2nd choice isn’t going to let the offer simmer for as long as possible. That company don’t know you and they don’t care who they hire. Be RELIEVED in the fact, that you won’t have to deal with the recalcitrant incompetence in the future. Bullet dodged, IMHO. Any way to leave a google, yelp, or whatever review with details may be your best revenge. Oh man, what company is this so I can avoid supporting them at all costs. This is some middle management bs and points to them being terrible to work for… you probably dodged a bullet So they haven’t hired anyone yet in 2024 and forgot to change the year on what is obviously a form-email? All I see is a job offer which, if you need a new job, you should accept. If you want to be funny about it, ask them for back pay for the past year you haven’t worked there LMAO. If you have the hiring manager’s email, phone number, LinkedIn, reach out to them directly and explain the situation. You don’t have anything to lose HR people are just tools who do what they’re told as you can see from your screenshots. They’re purely subject to what hiring managers tell them what to do. Are you texting the ground-level recruiter? You should escalate higher to their supervisor or the hiring manager (the person you would be reporting to in the job) – At the point a job offer is made, the company REALLY wants you, they interviewed and invested a lot of time/resources combing among 100s of people to pick you specifically.

The hiring manager and team that is expecting to add you would likely be so pissed off to know they lost their top candidate due to their own clerical error. OP, the Sacramento Kings Basketball Team 23 Player Roster Sacramento City Skyline 2024 Shirt and I love this job interview process is as much for you to evaluate a potential employer as it is for the potential employer to evaluate you. You can, and absolutely should, take the attitude of the interviewer and how they speak and act into account when deciding whether to accept a job offer. This can be both during the interview, and as you experienced, in email/phone communications. In this case, the interviewer clearly knew the date in the email was misleading. It may be an automated message, however the message still comes from them, and they are no less responsible for it than if a person had written it.
