All of my early spa experiences were in German and Austrian spas where you’re not allowed to wear bathing suits, and now I’m disgusted by wearing a bathing suit to a spa, no matter how fancy it may be. There’s Aquagardens north of Verona which are large and have a variety of baths.I’ve also been to Terme Euganee nearer to Venice which were ok but not as good as Aquardens. Aquardens has a lazy river, a huge indoor pool that leads outside, a cave, foot baths, cold water walks, steam room, a sauna experience, etc. It’s easy to spend the Roman Josi Swiss professional ice hockey defenceman Nashville Landmark T-Shirt it is in the first place but day there, and we do when we get the chance. I’ve been to the QCTerme (it’s a chain in Italy and France) spa at San Pellegrino which was very modern, that had loads of different rooms; a hay sauna room, an ice room, a chill room, a movie room, a water fountain, idromassage in the main baths, a large variety of pools and saunas. The ticket includes food in the day and evening including free Prosecco. I really enjoyed the spa at Saturnia south of Florence too. It has a paid spa where I went but there are also free natural pools outside that people sit in. If you Google it, you’ll see the natural pools.

I’ve also been to three Carolus Thermen in Aachen Germany. It’s lovely, compact, organised and has everything there including a small lazy river and a fountain outside. I’m very partial to thermal spas and spend a considerable amount of time searching for them. If you google on Google maps and search “thermal baths and —country name—” all of them will come up in that country. The Italian ones are usually very busy especially on weekends so if you can go in the Roman Josi Swiss professional ice hockey defenceman Nashville Landmark T-Shirt it is in the first place but week, it would be ideal if you want to relax. Azores is technically Europe (belongs to Portugal) 😀 just check it: Parque Terra Nostra, Poça da Dona Beija and Caldeira Velha. It’s truly paradise of Earth. Caracalla sounds like more up your alley. There are amazing pools and saunas galore. There is a no clothing area on the top floor
