of course there is no negative impact. you are in fact working longer hours remotely compared to at the Rodger 2014 NFL MVP Shirt Apart from…,I will love this office. it’s not as great as you think. Cutting out the commute I have more time for work and family. I’m more productive and happier, as is everyone else on my team. But it makes managers nervous because they will actually have to work harder to ensure they understand who are the best employees and worst Brother works from home. He says he gets up to double done and doesn’t have the stress of the 2hr round trip into the business district everyday. Pretty sure my productivity has gone up being able to concentrate on my tasks rather than hear every inane conversation going on due to so many pushing for open floor plans. Great. Now tell that to my job. They are dead set against it for entirely emotional reasons. They won’t listen to ANY argument for remote work. I work more efficiently when I can just do my shit and not have to listen to others or get called over to help out. Not having to drive a half hour one way when I only have two hours of work to do is amazing. I’ve always thought work should pay you for the commute. Used to spend 2 fukin hours a day on public transit. Ridiculous.

I mean fuck if we need to have a meeting we do a conference call, zoom or teams meeting, I can answer and be there at all times, why on earth would my physical presence make a big difference? When it comes to our clients we fly out as we should, I don’t know, I’m in medical cannabis sales and I love it I just things would be easier if it was like this for all of us. The only reason my company is forcing us back into the office is they will lose their tax breaks with the city. Productivity and “synergy” is the excuse they use
