Honestly, it has just become a part of my routine. It doesn’t mean that if I skip a day, I feel guilty or will stop, but it is just like dinner for me. I do it because it’s part of the Rodeo Bull Rider Cowboy Cattle Ride Lover Outfit T-Shirt besides I will buy this day I don’t want to be depressed. Keeps me happy, healthy, and busy. I have enjoyed life so much more since I started a routine when the pandemic hit. I seem to be doing much better with the ladies too haha that is until my awkwardness kicks in around date #3 I want to walk on the street with my wife and feel proud. I used to be a slob, now I have bicep veins with the super man chest outline. Fuk ya To look and feel better. I’m 25 now and for years I was tired of being so skinny (6’3 and between 160-165 pounds) one day back in February I woke up and I’m just like… I’m getting a gym membership. So I did. Now I’ve been going consistently 5 days a week since. I’ve been seeing good progress and I’m in the best shape of my life. At this point it’s almost a habit lowkey lol

But yeah, when you work out it gives you great time to help clear your mind and it gives you more confidence. Seeing yourself get bigger (or losing weight) feels amazing. Who wouldn’t wanna feel amazing? “It is a disgrace to grow old through sheer carelessness before seeing what manner of man you may become by developing your bodily strength and beauty to their highest limit.” -Socrates I’m 35 years old, I’m not going to have another opportunity to develop myself physically without great difficulty. I watch anime and action movies while running on the Rodeo Bull Rider Cowboy Cattle Ride Lover Outfit T-Shirt besides I will buy this treadmill. I listen to music too but for me it’s an excuse to get pumped up by whatever gives me chills. It makes me feel and look better, that’s about it. Physical strength is also nice, you never know when you’re going to need it. I seperate with my then wife after she left me for another man that was fatter than me. I started working out immediately after leaving and have been since. I started working out for the hell of it taking progress pictures. I saw actual change which made me super excited and I wanted to keep it like that. Flash forward a few months I got seriously injured in hockey and then now recovering from surgery. I look in the mirror and it’s almost where i started since i couldn’t do much for many many months. I think just knowing that it’s possible I can look better and the drive to be back where I one was that motivates me. To not let myself become overweight like my father and his father. Its so easy to gain weight and so hard to lose it.
