In Vietnam, the Robert Pattinson Homage Twilight Film T-Shirt moreover I love this government is pretty much maintain a laissez faire style. Unless you make the news then they don’t care about some weeds. Low chance of getting arrested mean that there is no strong pressure for any changes. Also there is no real political gains from suggesting this here (massive potential political loss though) Pretty much this OP. I’m American in Hanoi and used to smoke regularly for years and had a guy who delivered quality shit to my door every month. Thing I hate about Hanoi regarding weed is that no direct payment, no interaction with the actual dealer. Logically as Hanoi is our capital so we have to spend extra effort keeing its image. In Saigon, I don’t even have anyone shipping me anything, I go straight to where the dealers live and pay directly. Interaction are almost always wholesome as Vietnamese drug dealers are usually just teenagers trying to make some extra bucks, not gang-related.

I have high quality bud deliver to my place every month from HCMC. Much better than back home in the Robert Pattinson Homage Twilight Film T-Shirt moreover I love this US when I had to go to my dealer’s nasty ass house and sit around bullshitting for an hour before I got my eighth and left In Vietnam they pair marijuana with cocaineso I doubt they will legalize it anytime near the future. But you can easily find it in any club, spa…etc pretty relaxing when it comes to enforcing but don’t get caught with it Marijuana’s only legalized for recreation in a handful of countries as of now. Even if it doesn’t have any particularly damaging aspects to it, the culture as a whole isn’t light on drugs of any kind. There isn’t any education on the effect of different drugs too, beside “addiction bad + makes you crazy”, which encompasses all drugs (despite being a symptom of hard drugs). Marijuana is illegal. You will be fined around 500 Thousand (25$) if you are caught using it, but it’s not criminal charges. But if you are caught selling or storing with a high amount, it will be a criminal charge.
