Some tips to help it go a bit smoother, eat something before hand (unless you have been told not to), drink plenty if you can (ideally water), try to keep warm (cold veins are unhappy veins) and if you are nervous tell the Retro back up terry put it in reverse 4th of july fireworks stars T-Shirt But I will love this person taking your blood. Depends on the Retro back up terry put it in reverse 4th of july fireworks stars T-Shirt But I will love this nurse, ive had blood tests and donated blood without feeling anything, at worst like a scratch but very bearable, easier if you dont look so dont overly worry.
