Curious – if I ghosted a company on an interview – cam they also sue me for sabotage and destruction because I wasted their time? As a union member I do not agree with equipment destruction but I think their is more at stake here. I hate to think of the Rest in peace sinead o’connor you were the most loving person that i have ever met shirt But I will love this right to unionize being taken away and these Extreme right judges I believe will take every opportunity to do so. I’m going to preface this by stating that I am not calling for violence. But are companies not concerned about removing all forms of redress that aren’t violence. Like if working for a company is too little money and so unsafe and there are zero benefits and you can’t work elsewhere history has shown that people don’t just take it. Striking was the option that didn’t get the people in charge harmed. I just want to say a big fuck you to the 50% of eligible voters who didn’t vote in 2016 which led to Trump stacking the courts – all the courts – with these right wing pieces of shit.

Rest in peace sinead o’connor you were the most loving person that i have ever met shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

No, the Rest in peace sinead o’connor you were the most loving person that i have ever met shirt But I will love this point is they were not being paid to fix this. The company claimed they destroyed property based on this. The union workers had no responsibility to work during the strike, there was no malicious intent, but the SC sided that direction anyway. This came to the court to create a precedent against striking workers, and now the precedent is based on nothing. Does this mean companies can start suing workers for lost revenue? It’s closer to that than the reality, which is simply that the company suffered fallout for failing to prevent a strike. It’s all based on a false claim. Really? We’re surprised that the most business-friendly court in history is siding with their owners businesses? SCOTUS has zero credibility. Imagine the low income GOP Voters cheering this shit on. They continue to vote for their own demise. Fucking corrupt Supreme Court is no longer a serious representative of the people! They are just a bunch of sold out to highest bidder lawyers screwing up everyday citizens!
