That’s interesting. I have EU residency but always get my passport stamped by EU border agents (France & Poland) Weird, technically they shouldn’t stamp, I’ve not had mine stamped yet. Are you traveling though a different country that you have residency from, eg via ferry/train in France but residency in a different EU state ? Residency in Poland. If I fly into Poland I get a stamp there, if I drive through France I get a stamp in France The chip on my passport has broken, so every time I return to the Rebuild Maui Strong Shirt moreover I will buy this UK I have to go through the manned border control. Though many insist I try the e-gates first, which just causes a blockage. (Multiple UK border control staff have confirmed that my passport just doesn’t work for some reason)

Rebuild Maui Strong Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Usually this results in questioning, usually ‘where have you been?’ to which I will tell them which airport i have flown in from and all is OK. Last time, I replied ‘Alicante’ and got an extremely snotty response and dirty look. ‘No, I mean, how have you ended up here instead of the Rebuild Maui Strong Shirt moreover I will buy this e-gates’ ‘Oh sorry pal, just politely explained to your colleague about my passport issue and he let me through here instead’ This went on until he relented, presumably checked my passport and identified that I was telling the truth and grunted at me to go through. I’ve had this, it’s almost like you’ve made them do a bit of work and it pisses them off. As British as drizzle and fish and chips haha Once travelling to Poland for a few days holiday years ago. Was shortly after some terrorist attack abroad so people were on edge, and I was a young lad travelling on my own. Got through the usual airport security, then saw some people hanging around the corridor just after, turned out to be plain clothes officers stopping people. Didn’t take me anywhere, just chatted on the corridor, who I was, where I was going and why, what I did for a living, stuff like that. Only took a couple of minutes, no problems and all friendly.
