Ask, but do this first: See how the Real Women Love Football Smart Women Love The Penguins 2023 Heart shirt and by the same token and description of the job differs from what you did, and make notes on what’s different. If there are no additions, and you did more, tell him that you saw the job description and noticed that they’re paying more for somewhat less than what you did in the position, and that yes, you’re interested in discussing it. Then tell him that you’d like to talk to him, and say “ I saw that the position’s scope has broadened, according to our job site, and I am certain that I meet all the requirements. I was also happy to see that the salary range has increased, so what salary are you offering now? If he hems and haws, point out that you did 2 TWO II 2!! jobs for the past 4 months without asking for extensions or help on your workload, or a bump in pay, because.you.did. 2 jobs for 4 months. So if you take the bottom of the offered salary range, 97,000: 3= 32,333 is what you should have been paid (gross) for the 4 months, at the bottom of the salary range. So 83+32=115… that’s around where the discussion ought to start. You could point out that you’ve been a proven multitasker, self-starter, and quick learner… otherwise he wouldn’t offer you the job, unless he was impressed how well you did TWO jobs at the same time.

Came here to advise what the Real Women Love Football Smart Women Love The Penguins 2023 Heart shirt and by the same token and top comment illustrates: Take it, get the title for your resume and further experience, find another company that will pay you what you’re worth (and inflate your salary when they ask) I would address it with your supervisor and let him know you saw the posting. I would not take the position if they do not offer you at least the starting posted salary. I would put the request in writing and detail the contributions that you have made to the company and the benefits of hiring you. And then if the company could not meet your salary requirements I’d start looking for other employment. At this point it’s more about principle than money and companies expect loyalty from workers but at the same time don’t show appreciation for their hard working employees. Remember you are replaceable to them.
