I’ve just accepted that I won’t get my ideal routine back until my kids are teenagers or even out of the Rauw Alejandro Vintage 90s Rauw Alejandro Bootleg Shirt besides I will buy this house. Have a normal workday, get a couple hours of downtime afterwards, and get a workout in between 7-9pm. I get up at 5am and do a 90 minute ride on my smart trainer before work 3 days a week. The first 10 mins is hell, but once I am warmed up and music is flowing, I can get in the zone and just cruise and spend some time in my own head. Post workout I always feel more energised for the day, I think it’s very therapeutic (at least for me). Exactly. After sitting my ass all day staring at a computer, I have to go to the gym, disc golf, trail running or something to burn off energy. It is a itchy feeling if I go home and sit around. Like a restless sensation. Home chores like yard work help if no gym, but something physical has to be done. I used to fall on the couch and crash after work. Like my eyes for closing before I even hit the pillow. After a couple weeks of forcing myself to work out instead, I no longer had that issue. My body just kind of adjusted and expected it.

Yeah I’m lucky to have found a job that doesn’t wipe me out but the Rauw Alejandro Vintage 90s Rauw Alejandro Bootleg Shirt besides I will buy this dumb gym decided to change it’s hours to close early so I can’t go after work Not an option for everyone but if you have a small area in your living area you can use as a workout space then r/homegym has a lot of great ideas. Many posts are orders of magnitude more elaborate than necessary to stay healthy but still a good source. FB Marketplace post covid has had some great deals. Now that I have a homegym I consider it as necessary as a kitchen or bathroom. Depends on the job you have. I work IT which is a pretty sedentary job so straight after work I’m doing a 3 mile run. I feel you about the cooking/kids etc. I’m a single dad and as soon as I get my child from my parents it’s back to clocking in for parent mode lol. Needless to say I started making things easier for myself and made big enough portions for food where I don’t have to cook as much cuz that homework for them is more than enough to drain me mentally lol. By force. I’d gotten to the heaviest I’d ever been a year or two ago. I fucking hate the gym and still, to this day, have no motivation to go, but I know I need to. I usually hurl some insults my way if I’m having trouble too. That’s healthy, right?
