I’m from the Rasmus Dahlin Swedish professional ice hockey Buffalo Sabres T-Shirt and by the same token and South but I live in Delhi and I can definitely attest to your statement. We may not have the best governments down south by all my experiences with the passport office, post office, banks etc. have been very prompt and pleasant. Exactly the opposite here in Delhi though. I study at a government college and it took them a WHOLE year to file a single sheet of paper to pass my scholarship. No one knew what do to and they just kept pointing fingers with utter incompetence. Believe me, India feels different in different states. My experience with Delhi is also awful. I stayed here for 6 months and everything was awful. Most importantly, almost all people were greedy, mean, stingy, immoral, ready to fight and what not. Even the doctor that I met was having fake degrees. Thank god, I returned home otherwise I could have been very sick and perished.

Every Doctor, bro either you are very dumb that you have consulted jhola chap or i have not being living in real world. Next time ask your neighbours, elder or just search Government hospital website, they have Doctor name address phone number, most of these reputable doctors have home clinics. I visited the Rasmus Dahlin Swedish professional ice hockey Buffalo Sabres T-Shirt and by the same token and passport office here in patna recently and had a wonderful experience , no bribes taken , polite staff , etc. At which stage have you required to pay a bribe in a passport office? During the police verification and they were so bold that they didn’t even come to my house, they called me to the police station. Nowadays they are calling to station. I too was called for my recent passport , was not asked bribe. There were others also waiting for verification when I went to the station.
