Work on conjuring a positive emotional state at the Ramsey florida dreams dreamathon shirt but in fact I love this halfway point during your time. Pick a favorite emotion. Attempt to conjure it. Not a negative one but a positive one. You’re practicing how to reset. Once you learn it you can use it throughout your day. Hi possible (well definitely, really) undiagnosed ADHD here. When I’m meditating I always have to remind myself of this image of your thoughts following like a river. You don’t judge then, but don’t get fixated on them either. Idk if it’s your case but I get frustrated cuz my mind won’t stop and I end up getting angry with myself, so I need to remind myself is not about that, my thoughts are ok, even the most invasive ones…. While meditating just let them pass without judgment. Meditation is not about getting your mind blank, is about being present

I’m not saying that meditation does not work, because yes it does, but I think it is so wrong of your doctor to decide not to refill your medication. As someone who suffers from ADHD, I would not be able to meditate, or do any other healthy activities to further my life without the Ramsey florida dreams dreamathon shirt but in fact I love this help of some sort of medication. For me, I go to the natural route, because stimulants, etc. do not work for me personally. But if I wasn’t taking my supplements that help me, I don’t think I could do any of this at all. It is not a joke, it’s not pretend, our brains need help. I would not be able to create habits and stick to them without the help of medication. That’s not to say that you don’t need to do other things to incorporate into the routine, but medication plays a big part.
